20 days past due for filing updated information for which they are allowed 45 days. Will not return any phone calls im zero for 30 on promoses for a return call.

Im always told that my case supervisor is on a personal leave day. Polite reception, zero followthrough from caseworkers.

My son was denied medical care again because Saguache Social Services has again failed to update a simple form for which I gave them all necessary information 65 days ago.

I have three close friends, all of whom have given up on this office for missing , loosing, failing to file paperwork on time. Left w out care in the meantime!

Foodbank is apparently well run.
Medicaid filing w Saguache Social Services seems to be leaving people to suffer and wait. If you can get ahold of the state agency, or governer they can help. So far no luck with this office.
