Our family used Royal Family Tours for our last minute family Disney Trip. They were able to give us excellent service for 2 days in all 4 parks. They arranged our hotel as well as lunch h reservation and park rides. We rode every major ride including Tron and we also rode Guardians of the Galaxy twice! They were in constant communication with us and arranged day of character lunches for us as well. We worked with Nathan and are so grateful to him for giving us an unforgettable family experience. Our family was fortunate enough to work with Nathan as an in-person concierge at Universal and Nathan & Team as virtual concierge for Magic Kingdom. What a find and what an experience. Nathan is super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our family road a ton of rides, had an amazing experience tailored to our comfort level with rides, pace, etc. We had three mobility scooters in our group and Nathan deftly navigated the crowd with us to keep everyone together, involved, and engaged. What a wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone!

I had a magical time at Disney world with the help of Royal Family Tours. It was my first time and I had literally no idea how to explore the park, and they gave us all the tips and advice necessary so we could get the most out of it since we had only 1 day to explore the parks. Day 1: Magic Kingdom. We booked a tour with Royal Family for Magic Kingdom because we were coming all this way for one day and we wanted to do it right! It was such a great decision! Bre was fantastic and took care of everything from where to meet in the morning and where to park, to grabbing coffee, to getting us on every ride with very little waiting. We could not have done it without her! The best part is that Royal family got us incredible dining reservations. We ate dinner inside the castle! I didn’t even know that was a thing! Memories made forever.

Day 2: Universal & Islands of Adventure!! Nathan was fantastic!!!! After our day in Disney having Bre as a guide with Royal Family tours it became clear HOW MUCH WE DIDN’T KNOW!!! Royal Family was able to get us a guide in UNIVERSAL STUDIOS & Islands of Adventure on very short notice! We needed him!!! Nathan made everything a breeze. We did SO MUCH. He got us on every hard to do ride with hardly any waiting and showed us the best tips & tricks. We had a blast!!!

We were a group of 8 friends wanting to make the most of our visit to Hollywood Studios, and we did it thanks to the VIP tour! We enjoyed Galaxy’s Edge like never before, even personalizing our lightsabers without rushing. The reservations for dinner at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater were perfect, and we got on the most popular rides without waiting. An amazing day!
