We took a (Kids Raphael Tours and Events) tour of the Coliseum and Roman Forum with our 5yo son. Thank Gods for our guide Bruno! We were already traveling for 5 weeks, walking 3-6hrs everyday, and our kid was getting over the traveling, plus that day he was woken up early and it was raining. We were all definitely a bit cranky. Bruno made the tour such a great experience. We learned things that you won’t find in travel guides or history books. Bruno was patient answering questions and let us stop to take photos; he even took some of us and sent them to us later that day. But most importantly he invented fun games for kids making sure that they won’t get bored and will be tired at the end of the day. Without Bruno, we wouldn’t have lasted there 20 min with our 5yo, but the tour was 2.5 hours and our son had amazing adventures the whole time. At the end of the tour, Bruno gave us small gifts and offered recommendations of restaurants, and other cities to visit in Italy. Bruno is very informative and has a sense of humor which helps keep things fun and interesting. We definitely would love to pair up with him again on other tours. Highly recommend!

We did three different tours with Alessandra (in French) and all three of them were interesting and lively, for all ages (our kids are 8, 11, 14 and 16), including me the adult 🙂 Alessandra was also very reactive to the many changes of plan due to the Pope's funerals, and very efficient in her time management. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic tour of the Colosseum. Bruno was an excellent guide and managed to keep the children engaged for the whole 2.5 hours. We all enjoyed it and learnt a lot.

We had wonderful experience with "Rome with Kids" Tour. We had three tour programs with three different excellent guides and all of them were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very engaging with my kids through games and interaction. All of us really learnt a lot about history and culture of ancient Rome. It was very memorable experience and my boys keep discussing the information even after three weeks from Italy.

The tour guides, (Roberta in Pompeii, Alessandra in Rome) were passionate and engaged two young children (6 and 9) for the entire time. We had an excellent experience! Definitely well worth the money to get these private tours if you have kids with you. We spent a week in Rome with our five kids (ages 13-1), and went on 4 different tours from this company. We did Percy Jackson Capitoline Museum, Pompeii day trip, colosseum/forum, and Vatican tours. They were all fun, engaging, and perfect for kids. Our tour guides and the driver that took us to Pompeii were lovely. Thanks Adriana, Serena, and Simona!

We had a fantastic experience on our tour to the Colosseum and Forum. Our guide (Veronica) was extremely engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history. She also had a wonderful way of keeping the kids involved by playing a game, having them answer questions, and "earning" souvenirs along the way. Scheduling was very easy and we had no problems in meeting Veronica for the start. I would highly recommend Rome Tours with Kids for anyone, not just those with kids. We had 3 kids (10, 12, and 12) plus 6 adults. Bravo!
