Conveniently located right off the highway, we thought we lucked out at first, but... sadly to report, this is not a place you want to stay. My friend and I just needed a quick one night stay to get some sleep, turned out to be quite the adventure. At the front desk, literally piles of room keys overflowing in baskets, on counters, on the floor. Personal items everywhere while the clerk sat there paying more mind to her phone call then taking care of guests. It literally looked like it was a slumber party at someones house. The keys we got didnt work and after we got in the room, they gave someone else keys to our room. Really nice having someone walk on you. Smoke detector ripped out of the wall, broken toilet running all night, constant noise. And then I go on here and an all 5 star review is their most recent review. No. Clearly, orchestrated to try to combat the negative reviews by someone affliated with the hotel. Best thing we can do is to post on choice and call choice. bring down their stars to more accurate one star level so people aren't deceived. And spare me the copy and paste response Mr. General Manager. You should ashamed! Do something to fix this mess!

My Family and I just just spent the night here. Throughout the night we could smell pot and as we are leaving this morning on our way to checkout the entire first floor hallway is full of pot smoke. Told the employee, who didn't even respond. This place is not a place for families or decent people. It caters to pot smoking party types and really should not be affilated with choice privileges. We arrived Yesterday afternoon and were in need of showers. There already were not enough towels in the room so I requested more. We were outright told no that they only provide whats in the room. The only hotel we have ever stayed in that does not have towels at the front desk. They said the towels get stolen all the time and yhat they have very few left. So my whole had to share and reuse the second day. My God, BUY some towels and charge the people who take them if thats even the case. No towels for your Guests is unbelievable. Room is disgusting, broken lights, filthy carpets. We slept on top of the sheets. Heat barely works, cold air blows in through the many cracks around the window. Honestly, I don't know how this place passes inspections. Everything is broken and worn down. Avoid at all costs.

The heater had ashes in it? And knobs were missing so couldn’t control temp. The toilet ran and toilet paper dispenser was broken off and toilet paper stuck in hole to “patch it”. Water damage and mold in spots on wall. Dark Carpet didn’t look vacuumed. Great price, but I didn’t stay the second night I paid for. It was in the same star category as another hotel I stayed at near hotel last month but they were very different.

I've never written a review or felt the need too until now. But, if I can save even one person from making the mistake that i made by staying at this sorry excuse of a hotel, then it's worth it. I travel for work all the time, have stayed at hundreds of hotels averaging at least 200 stays a year. Never have I had such an experience. This location is mismanaged and in deplorable condition. Upon entering the property, you drive on a pot hole infested roadway which leads to small front lot where most vehicles park along a broken curb including broken down vehicles with no license plates. You enter and smell a disgusting smell of mold, mildew and old smoke. To the left of the lobby, a closed down restaurant thats been closed for years. No one at the desk, had to wait a long time just to check in. No one answers the phone. Then they have to nerve to charge a security deposit for as room that has no working tv, no phone, no iron, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, a broken microwave and mini frig that freezes your food. what it does have are holes in walls, bugs, bugs and more bugs no hot water and filth throughout. Housekeeping is a joke. Food, trash, someones underwear and sock under the bed. Left having breathing difficulties due to the mold, mildew, extreme dust and dirt. Absolutely disgusting. Manager does not care in the least. laundry room is shut down so no go on that. I'm told its been out of order for months. No breakfast as advertised, no nothing. its all a lie. the pool is outside and closed. no business center or shuttle bus to the airport. All old information. This is a drug infested, run down place that used for nothing good. Cops there several times, yelling fighting unsafe environment. i could go on and on. I asked for the Owners information since the Manager is a joke. They would not provide it. I'm sure I'll get the same generic response as every other bad review I've read about them on every social media account. Wish I had read them beforehand and saved myself this god awful experience. wish i stayed at Motel 6 would have been a huge improvement.

I stayed at the Rodeway Inn located at 161 Bridge St, East Windsor, CT 06088. On October 25th 2024. I needed the room for 2 nights and barely made it through the first night. The only reason I stayed until morning was because I was too tired to drive while it was dark out. Outside and inside it does not look like the pictures posted online. The TV in my room didn't have a signal all night. I notified the front desk and they said someone would come fix it. They never came to fix it or even check to see if I figured it out. The bedding had a faint smell of cigarettes, the wall in the bathroom had a hole in it. There were cracks in other parts of the room and there were roaches in the room. It was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I will not be returning!!! Also I was told I would get a refund and have not received it. Called multiple times and have yet to receive a call back. Save your money!!! I'm sure there are better places to stay in the area...

We checked in, lightbulbs were missing, the tv wasn’t working, and when I went to call the desk the phone didn’t work.
My bf went to request a new room which went fine but while he was gone a roach was spotted on the table. 🤢 we requested our money back and left.
Girl at the front seat was at least very pleasant.

Not from town on business travel called to inquire about a room and the price and the young woman who answered the phone was very rude today is December 12, 20204 5:09 PM. I inquired about the price she started to give me the third-party rebuttal I said ma’am, this has the lowest rating out of 100 choices. I just wanna know how much the room is total so I can tell my boss to make the payment. She said, excuse me with a very nonchalant, nasty attitude and hung up in my face in addition to that when I called back to see if it was an error, she let it ring approximately 15 times picked it up and slammed it back in my ear, if this is the type of service they provide over the phone. I can only imagine the service that they provide in person while staying.

Absolutely disgusting! Cockroaches in sink and on walls…. Top door lock broken, toilet took long time to flush…. Our key cards were not working . My husband had to keep on going downstairs to ask to have new keys. No towels had to wait for the next day to get towels. Not safe at all.
