I had a great experience with Vivian! She’s been our go-to for customer service on two trips so far—one completed and another booked. Although she didn’t plan either trip, her communication has been outstanding. She quickly responds to all our questions, even across time zones. I transferred my exoticca account to be managed by Vivian incase we have problems especially while on vacation but fortunately we did not encounter any. Our first trip with Exoticaa to Portugal was fabulous. Thank you Vivian Nguyen
(@RoamwithVee). I would highly recommend you book with Vivian Nguyen. She is the best and is always prompt at answering queries . Our guide Juan was awesome, shared so many details and had so much patience. The coach buses were comfortable. The Duoro Valley was not included in our package so we split from our group on the last day in Porto and took the train to Pocinho and stopped at the vineyards in Pinhao for a tour and wine tasting. We had a lot of free time in the evening to go explore on our own.
