I love this cab company. I have been without a car and they come at 430 am for me to be at work at 5. Always reliable. Even when the driver was down in Palm Springs he got here at a good time. There is no uber or left early so they are the best. Driver has bee. So polite

Just got picked up after being discharged from ER/Hospital. Car reeks like cigarettes. I asked the guy if he smokes in the car. He said no. Funny, there's tons of ashes behind his seat like someone flicks ashes out the window. Then he proceeds to spray some disgusting aerosol inside the vehicle. I literally just has a hysterectomy and was back in ER with complications and cigarettes and that aerosol air freshener is making everything worse.
I can't wait to get out of this foul car.
By the way their dispatch is in Pakistan. They just tried to charge me $42 for an 8 mile ride. These guys are some middle-eastern, out of the country thieves. Don't do it

I hired roadrunner to help with transportation for my wedding this past weekend and they were incredible. We rented out their entire fleet for the night and they picked up all our guests at their airbnbs and dropped them at the venue. They then returned at the end of the night to bring everyone back home safely. They were extremely flexible and communication was great. All of the cars arrived on time and everything ran SO smoothly, exactly as planned. 100% recommend, especially since ubers/Lyfts are hard to come by in the area.

As you can see from other users who have reviewed this page, this place is Rude & Will threaten you with calling San Bernardino District attorney for “prosecution” for simply attempting to clear a dispute when this place unlawful charged my card for a ride i never Authorized. Claiming i “knew the person” but had no proof (i was not even there) literally just saying random stuff to try & cover this up. Terrible Customer Service , i would not trust these scammers for a ride, do yourself a favor & call an Uber/Lyft instead. Way more affordable & convenient from the sounds of it. Very sketchy & cannot even speak proper english. As you can tell on other reviews they do not accept no accountability & will do anything to cover up to keep scamming. (I don’t normally do reviews but theses guys earned this one)

This business is extremely rude. I called on a Thursday to arrange in advance for a Saturday early evening shuttle pick-up for seven people. I was told that we didn't need to book in advance and that I should call 30 minutes prior to our needed pick-up time on Saturday rather than booking it in advance. They assured me they would have availability. So when Saturday evening arrived and I called, they promptly told me they were booked for the evening. When I politely explained that they had told me I couldn't book in advance and had told me to call the night of with them previously promising availability, they hung up on me! This business is rude, unprofessional, and very poorly run. Don't rely on them!
