I have used this company and was floored by the quick service and hospitality until today. I travel frequently for my job and use them when I am in Centralia. They are the only ones who have done my services since buying the car. Today I was working in vandalia and needed to get it changed when the company called me out to my vehicle to ask me who serviced my vehicle last. The saw the sticker in my window and I told them. Apparently the oil cap filter was so tight and stripped they were refusing to take it off in fear of breaking my housing. I have tried to call several times with no answer and even left a message. I took my car to my dealership and they ended up having to use a special socket and DRILL to remove it. It was questioned if the company SEALED the oil filter cap! I would hope that was not the case. I will continue to call so the company makes this right for me and others to see this post in the community. If the housing cracked it would have been an $800 fix due to someone I trusted to complete a good oil change. I am requesting a call back immediately and have left 2 phone numbers of contact on my voice mail. Small town business normally gets my support but this just caused a lot of stress and worry. Please make this right...
