Great cute tiny home village. Set in the woods and mountains with great construction of the homes and landscaping goes well. Samantha was amazing as a sales agent and Ed answered all the engineering, location information. Very happy to be in the community.

Knowledgeable staff, a nice selection of model tiny homes on site, and the option to experience tiny house living with short term rental options at their nearby tiny house neighborhood. We rented a tiny house for 3 days (2 adults/3 teens) and found it to be far more roomy than we expected. We now plan to purchase a tiny home as our retirement home in the coming years.

We found River Ridge by accident. We set out from Atlanta one morning with no where to go & explore that area. We stopped in & Emmye & Ed were extremely helpful. Emmye offered to take us to Rivver Ridge Escape to tour a "try before you buy" house. We chose to stay the night & loved it. We started looking at property in the Mentone area & Emmye told us of a spot that had just become available. We jumped on the property with no plans to develop any time soon. On return trips we started to gain interest in a park model home that was in stock, fair priced & under budget. We are currently under contract. Emmye & Ed have been there every step of the way. We highly recommend this great community minded business.

We didn't get to go through the community. Need to call ahead for a tour. Some of tiny home are in Menlo Ga. House there range 99,000. To 118,000. Doesn't include taxes, title or moving to wherever. Not by cup of tea
