I would have loved to have gone kayaking. I did call earlier in the day and they said they were open until 3:00 p.m. I went with two other people 20 minutes before the last call, but no one their. I have had very good experiences in the past, I do understand it was probably slow and they left but it was disappointing since I was only in Georgia for a week.

Two of my friends and I went tubing over the summer and had a great time. The scenery is beautiful and the float down the river is very relaxing. If you are looking for a relaxing adventure during the weekend, I definitely recommend going with your loved ones!

We had a great time on the river . They had our kayaks ready to put in the water for our float. They were at the takeout spot when we arrived and shuttled us back to our vehicle safely.

Truly wonderful experience. The owner, Rick, was very nice. The tubes were all very nice and comfortable (which is abnormal at other places), he gave us free straps and paddles. He even came out in his kayak to help us get off the river. Will be back, without a doubt.

We've been to multiple tubing places all over North GA, by far, River Rats is the best around.

Under new management. Seem to have their act together. Always a learning curve. I found them very friendly and helpful. Same area as the original owner. I'm glad they opened back up. They are trying to make a go of it and hope they do well.

SOOO MUCH FUN! We spent the whole,e day here! Unlimited runs,two different locations. The place to get food at the second location was great!

The river floating was nice. It wasn’t until the end getting off the river. The current was so strong the river carried me and my daughter passed where we were to get out. River Ratz staff provided no help in getting out. Other people riding the river down help get us off the river. It was very scary for myself and daughter. 5 others experienced the same as us. Once we got to the side we walked along the bank to get to the boat ramp where we were to meet the bus to find that they left us. They did come back to pick us up because another person called them. We were the last pick up for the day. This is a fend for yourself tubing company. Do not expect any help getting off or on the river.
