I read other people's reviews before I posted mine. Normally Ridgecrest Taxi service is good. When I called dispatch for a ride and to be pick up at Navy Federal credit Union Bank. I was told by Teresa it would be 25 minutes. I told her that would give me time to walk from my house to that destination. She calls me 15 minutes after I had called and I was on my way to meet the taxi driver. She tells me that it had already been 25 minutes. I called for the ride at 4:04 p.m. she calls me 4:15.
I still had 10 minutes.
Trying to explain this to her she told me she has nothing to do with it and it's not her problem! She said you'll have to call for another ride. I told her you are rude! Then she hangs up on me.
When I did get to Navy Federal Credit Union Bank at 4:25 p.m. I called her back and she tells me I would have a 45 minute wait for the next ride and then hangs up!! Maybe she was having a bad day but you know we all have those days considering she works with the public. You have to learn to put your personal life on the back burner. Customers should be first priority at the job she works at!!!

Teresa is a fantastic safe driver and fun to talk to. I highly recommend her. I’ve used Ridgecrest Taxi several times this year and they have always been responsive, on time, and great conversation on the ride home. Thank you Ridgecrest Taxi for your service to Ridgecrest.

The driver was not only intentionally driving suspiciously slow, he claimed to be too scared to turn left onto E. Ridgecrest Blvd. So he drove slow as F! on E. California Ave, which has like 50 STOP signs. He finally turned onto E. Ridgecrest Blvd at a 4-way STOP.

Then heading north on China Lake Blvd, he would slow down at each light / intersection clearly hoping it would go yellow. It was weird, creepy and frustrating.

Not dependable even dispatch. Way overly High priced, not punctual, wait time price out of this world!!!!!!!! They give no quarter. Money-mongers at best. Otherwise REPROBATES.

This is by far thee best taxi service in my opinion,I appreciate the fact that they give me a courtesy call back to let me know my kids arrived at school safely. Major thumbs up specially for putting my mind to ease!!!!

It’s been so hard having no vehicle but the cab driver Theresa always makes sure I get to work on time. I feel super safe in her hands she listens to me vent and always says encouraging words to get me through my hard work day such a sweet lady. Will keep using ridgecrest taxi

Called several times this morning while my husband has to go to work. No answer on the phone. We usually use the taxi service several times a week no problem, but the morning my husband has to go to work and needs the taxi is the moment they don’t wanna answer the phone. He is looking to speak with the owner.

Lady names Teresa is rude that works there she connected my address with my little sister address that supposedly her and her had words. And even with me telling her it had nothing to do with me since I didn’t know the situation and my sister rode with me in taxi cab and in taxi cab her telling me that the lady was talking about her because she was telling me the story about a rude customer but I didn’t know she was talking about my sister until my sister said she’s talking about me I then told my sister don’t say anything be cool because I don’t want to be connected because I don’t have a ride I called to see why my husband couldn’t get a cab and she told me because of something that happen 3 weeks ago they barley saying something but I explained to her I was calm and and rude the lady Teresa was very RUDE and didn’t even wanna understand or hear anything I was nothing like how she explained my sister she just was rude no understanding about the situation and me not even being involved pretty much because that’s my sister some of us don’t have ways to get to work and or only way is the ONLY taxi cab in the situation which is them so it is messed up to just refuse service because you want to is wrong and I think they should have better people working there because the way this situation was handle is very childish and she was really rude while talking basically telling me what was said trying to connect me to somebody else.
