Mixed initial experience. Great final experience! Had wrong toppings that I’d ordered and I was mainly concerned if it was actually gluten free. I spoke to a young man who assured me yes, it was gluten free and how sorry he was. He apologized several times. He said if we’d return in 10 min, he’d have my correct pizza. He also included a 2 liter of pop. Thank you very much Reno’s!! And your gluten free pizza is absolutely delicious!!!!

I stopped in here at the urging of my friend that used to live in Carlinville.

I'll start with the bad. The prices were a little higher than I expected. $12 for a personal cheese pizza.

Now the good. It's not a chain restaurant so you get the local charm.
The gal who waited on me was very pleasant and nice.
An expensive item is easier to "bite off and chew" when it's quality. The pizza I got was good, and quality was obviously there.
The crust was seemingly fresh and hand rolled. It was not just a frozen crust. The flour was still present on the bottom of the crust where they had rolled out the dough preparing my pizza.

Spent almost $50 and two tiny pizzas that barely had chicken on them. Toppings immediately fell off and just turned to pizza soup. Had high hopes and was extremely disappointed. Doubt we’ll give it another chance. Only upside was that it was ready to pick up in 20 minutes.

Food is great they need a new manager. One with more customer service experience! I called to figure out why my pizza didn't have toppings and the girl that I was talking to told me I could stop and let her talk when I was nice and everything asking why? Spent over $125 and now because of this interaction I don't think I'll be back.

We have been here several times. We love the stuffed pizza here. We drive over 30 minutes just to come here. The staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. Would recommend it to anyone.

Cute place. Food was very delicious. Service took a bit for our table, but we had a very large group. So certainly understandable. All orders were correct, except 1 missed one. But the waitress was reassuring and stayed great through the entire experience. She handled herself very well. Cooks delivered the same style throughout all the dinners served. Very good job. Well worth it. Hope to go back eventually!
