So impressed with this hotel. Absolutely love the artwork everywhere. So many neat details all over the property. The staff are insanely kind and happy. Chelsea has been helping us have the stay of our dreams! She has gone above and beyond to provide such an amazing experience and even found some vouchers for local museums to use after we told her I love museums! It feels like the honeymoon we never really had, even staying here with our infant child. Bode has stopped by to ask if we needed any help too. The hotel is very clean, the restaurants are fantastic and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience. I hope Chelsea is paid super well because she is an amazing asset to your hotel.

James did our Valet and was quick and attentive. Great service!!! The hotel itself was amazing and we will be returning for sure!!! We had a king suite on the 9th floor which was beautiful. Breakfast at the Shore restaurant came with the room and was delicious everytime. Loved the service at the front desk check in and valet. Amazing staff 👏

Last minute trip to Reno, decided to stay at the Renaissance hotel. It had been years since I last stayed at a Renaissance hotel property, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, modern/contemporary decor and quiet. I valeted my car, the staff was great, very professional and helpful. Abby and Raf, ensured our car was brought out quickly, they helpful and willing to help us pack up the car. The day prior Raf brought me my car, thinking ahead he turned on the seat heaters. Great service by the valet team, truly polite and such great attention to detail which matters. ||Thank you Renaissance team, great stay and we will return.

Claudia, manager, took excellent care of us! 12 of my family were here for Mom's 80th!! We had spa days, champagne service, ate at every restaurant, and gambled. Our rooms were wonderful! Such a great week here!! We even got a late check out thanks to Claudia.

The entire staff was amazing, we had our shower get clogged and the team was very quick to fix the issue on top of that they rested us with great perks! Valet Rafael was very sweet to get me a cart when they were all taken. This was a great birthday weekend stay regardless of the small set back the entire team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was extremely satisfying! I will come back again!

This hotel is 5- star hotel. From the check in, to the dining- this place is great! Chelsea at the concierge desk, gave us the best recommendation, checked in on us during our stay and made us feel so welcomed. Great sense of humor too!!!! Thank you for making our short trip a memorable one!

The Renaissance Reno is hands down my favorite place to stay in the area. As a former pharmaceutical sales rep, I used to stay here every week for work, and it truly felt like my home away from home. I love that it’s a non-smoking hotel, making it a breath of fresh air compared to most places in Reno. It’s clear they cater to business travelers, with a quiet, professional atmosphere and great amenities.

On a recent weekend trip for fun, I was reminded why I love this hotel so much—the suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. My only wish is that the Bonvoy Elite lounge was open on weekends, but that’s a small detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Whether for business or leisure, the Renaissance Reno continues to be my top choice!
