Esta compañia no es nada seria en envio de paquetes. Cuando vas a enviar, no te explican que ellos solo envian a traves de otra compañia y no se hacen responsable si el paquete se entrega o no en Cuba. Si se pierde el paquete, cosa muy comun, se lavan las manos con tremenda tranquilidad diciendo que es responsabilidad de la otra compañia. Te pelotean y te ponen a investigar a ti como si fueras policia. Olvidate de recuperar $1. Un Total desastre.
