We really liked this service and it has been very dependable, but recently they have some new drivers that don't drive safely in our opinion. So, we stopped using this service. Their more seasoned drivers are great, though.

I use Regency throughout the year for business purposes and for special occasions and family vacations. We have always had timely drivers, clean cars and overall great service from everyone in the organization. When flight delays are in play the office and the drivers keep up with the flights and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a car at the airport....even when they have had to wait for me to arrive.. My wife, my kids and I have always felt safe and well taken care of by their team.

We can always rely on Regency Limousine. Their drivers are always on time and usually a few minutes early to pick us up. They are courteous and professional and drive in a very safe manner (there's no chatting on their cellphones while driving that we have experienced with other car service drivers!) The drivers always help with our luggage and usually provide bottles of water. Regency's cars are always late model, clean and very comfortable. We use Regency exclusively for years now after prior years trying other companies. None compare to Regency for service and reliability.

If you want to be sure to have an on time ride with a safe, reliable professional driver, and be able to talk to a person 24X7 during your travel ( when the inevitable changes in your itinerary occur) Regency is the company to select. They will be on time and get you to your destination(as they know the detours). You will be taken care of and not have to worry about this segment of your adventure.

Regency has consistently been on time or early to pick us up. The drivers are all experienced and know how to navigate through the traffic from CT to JFK. The cars are clean and comfortable. We have only positive experiences with Regency.

Have been a very happy customer for more than 15 years to transport ourselves, family, friends,daughters and young granddaughters. They always arrive a few minutes early and do excellent job of monitoring airport flight delays and arrivals. Very nice drivers and excellent service record. Would give them 10 star rating.

I use Regency for transportation to and from the airports. It's much easier than driving and having to lug baggage from the car to the terminal. I use Regency vs other providers because I can count on them to be on or ahead of time and they are local to Wilton. I have used them for years and they know me well.
