Y’all were so wonderful!! We booked a private trees-to-seas full day and it was worth every penny. Our guide, Brance, tailored the tour to our knowledge and preferences. We are both practicing ecologists with fair tree knowledge and he taught us so much. We also didn’t want long, strenuous hikes, so he chose several short walks that led to awesome specific trees or views. Can’t wait to bring our family in the coming years!

Our guide Pearse was nothing but the best! He made sure we got the most out of our tour and very accommodating. We learned a lot about the amazing ecosystem and Pearse had plenty of knowledge to share. We had a great time and some really good laughs. The weather didn’t stop us from having so much fun. We did the trees to seas tour with Redwood Adventures. It was great. We went on a hike near by and learned so much about the Redwoods and it’s ecosystem. Our tour guide had so much information and was very conversational making our hike more interesting. We were also able to adjust our hike for 4 year old. We also went to the beach. The tides were not at greats times for us to view but our guide was still able to answer all the questions we had. So much beauty to take in. We had a great experience and learned so much more then on our own during our trip.

Review is based solely on business practices only: BUYER BEWARE-Booked a private tour with this business and the day prior we were notified that mother passed away. We immediately headed back home and started canceling all services: Hotel, Air, Car Rental and tours. All businesses except for this one was the only company that gave any pushback. Despite me reaching out and speaking with Bogart - Elk Meadow Cabins and Redwood Adventures and mentioning I can furnish death certificate or hospital record. Bogart was firm in his stance and return policy outlines you must cancel 72 hours in advance. Sorry, I was not aware that my mother would pass away prior to our tour. Not sure what it is but the only thing I can think of is that this company must feel PTSD from Covid and cancellations that they do not care if there is a fire, flood or death and stand firm on a no-refund policy if within that 72 hour window. Or maybe they are falling on hard times bc of inflation. Whatever the reason is, when a business shows you who they are before you services are rendered, believe them. Luckily for us, we booked with the competition early this month and they went above and beyond for us. As for this business, disputed the charge with my cc, and received a refund. The irony is that this business tried to dispute my dispute. But, my cc company goes out of their way in customer satisfaction.

Great tour for any age. Pearse was very informative and talked about the big things (the trees, of course) as well as the tiny (he pointed out a tiny mushroom that began growing about 15 minutes before we saw it!). He was great at answering questions as well. These Redwood parks are amazing, like Yosemite & Sequoia National Parks, but without the crowds (at least in winter) and with access to beautiful sunsets over the ocean. He can configure a tour for any age and ability. You will gain a much better appreciation of these magnificent forests if you attend a Redwood Adventures tour.

Pearse was amazing - I learned so much from him about the park and its ecosystem which added to my appreciation of the experience. He was knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and engaged. Highly recommend a tour!
