Chuck at Red Scarf tours, gave us our dream trip to Italy. The entire tour was customized for my husband and I who did not want to go to traditional tourist sites. Chuck arranged our flights, rental car, hotels, dinner reservations, and tour tickets. It couldn’t have been easier. Chuck was “with” us every step of the way in case there were any problems or issues. He created an itinerary with places we had never even heard of that were phenomenal! HIGHLY recommend!

We were referred to Chuck Spina by a friend and it was the best referral that we have ever been given! We wanted some help in planning a trip to Italy and, from our first conversation with Chuck, to the conclusion of the trip, and everything in between, it was a spectacular experience. Chuck asks a lot of questions in order to find out what your interests are, the types of hotels that you want to stay in, etc. He then builds the trip for you based on that. He covers everything in great detail, and nothing falls through the cracks. Before we were even done with our trip to Italy, we were already discussing what our next European destination would be, with Chuck planning the entire trip. We cannot recommend him strongly enough!

Just want to let Chuck, our travel agent with Red Scarf Travel, know and thank him for all the arrangements and planning for our once-in-a-lifetime trip. It all worked out seamlessly and was just fantastic. The transatlantic cruise, Italy tours, hotels, trains, and air flights plus your recommendations and arrangements were excellent. Meeting at the train station in Florence, Italy, spending the day with us touring this beautiful city. Also, Chuck arranging a stop in Iceland for a few days was unbelievable.
Our trip was an outstanding experience and so far the most extended vacation that we have ever done. Chuck was always just a text away the whole time, thank you, Chuck, you are the best!

What an amazing vacation Red Scarf planned for me and my family. There were 16 in total and we traveled to Scotland and Ireland. We stayed at the best hotels and wonderful excursions were planned for us. Chuck made our family vacation so memorable and best of all worry free. Like many, I haven't used an old-school professional travel agent in decades until just recently when facing a seriously complicated travel situation.

Chuck is amazing. He took care of all the details for our Viking River Cruise on the Rhine River. Unfortunately, our flight to Europe was cancelled due to mechanical problems and rescheduled for the next day. Within days of our return, Chuck had secured a refund from the airlines of $1,318, for my wife and myself. Chuck is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Most importantly he is accessible and quickly responds to either text messages or phone calls. Chuck is a shining star in Oviedo.
