It was very important to me to support local business & initially I was very satisfied with how things went however when I got to the airport there were many unexpected charges that I was not informed about. I called several times & left voice messages.with the travel agent that organized my tickets. All I wanted was a response if those charges were warranted. I sent emails, none of my messages were answered. I felt very disappointed I was not even given the common respect to get a reply.
I would have been a long time loyal customer but after my experience being ignored I will buy my tickets on line & forget ever using Red Coat Travel again.
