You will not regret booking a hike with Ranger Ted! He's extremely knowledgeable about the area and wildlife and very fun to be around! Ranger Ted is the real deal! He's an expert in his field and has a very special way of being with young people. The children have a blast and get to fully immerse in their natural connection with nature. In this day and age, how imperative is that!?!! First off, Ranger Ted is an expert guide and naturalist who not only makes hikes fun, but adds great information about the surrounding environment without sounding scripted.

I purchased the 3 hike package and each day is well thought out and very enjoyable. Ted's personality and his enthusiasm for the outdoors is what made this event special and made me feel like it was a personalized experience.
Taking a journal to a park is something I have never done before, I usually jog or take a picnic. I found having a notebook a great way to reconnect with nature.
Iconic, is what I call the hike above the Hollywood sign. I've lived in Los Angeles for years and never knew you could get up near the sign. And Point Dume and Zuma is just beautiful.

I decided to try this trip to do the things in my own back yard that I would never have explored on my own. Ranger Ted has created a unique outing that captures another side of Los Angeles that is unexpected and truly memorable.

Had such an awesome hike with Ranger Ted to the top of the Hollywood sign. He was super knowledgeable about the area, pointed out the perfect spots to take pictures and picked the perfect pace for our group of active and less-active individuals. This is an absolute must for your visit to LA!

I can't recommend Ranger Ted enough. He took me on a lovely tour of the Hollywood sign. On the way I discovered vantage spots that I didn't know existed and I've been hiking around LA for years. He was informative, helpful and most importantly lots of fun.
