Honestly, it’s a great place if you’re into that type of scenery. I had a wonderful time, and overall the service was great. I wouldn’t go there expecting your room to be 5 stars. Our room had some difficulties that we had to figure out. At the same time I discovered gambling isn’t for me. So personally I would say 3 stars, but excluding my own bias, I’d give it 4/5 easy.

The Rainbow Casino and hotel was the best choice we found. Our room was clean. Decorated in what you would expect from a casino. The bed was really comfortable. The shower door was off the track.

The staff were really nice and the food at Primo was excellent. I had fun playing the slots. They are tight but fun.

The reason for the four stars is that it is smoky. It's really smoky. The back is really junky looking, which is what our window looked at. Just don't look out the window.

Yes it appears they want your money in casino by some frustrating tactics like dealer change after shuffle one hand deal and re shuffle , etc , takes away the fun , - the place is clean and modern, service for beverages is low (every 15 min a server will come by or go get it yourself) dealers are moody but respectful , - the manager gave me a free room after gambling 3000$, i recover most of it, the room was nice and clean - and I would say Thank You for that, - then is no swearing policy (like kinder garden or maybe that what the points from players card are for ! ) nice place , few nice customers make the fun part, the staff are moody and feels depressing unless you creat your own fun, they do watch you all the time but no unreasonable decisions, - just some manipulative tactics to interrupt the games when you are doing good. - food places are good as well. - i mostly given good stars because one manager offered me a free room and I would like to say thank you for that!

We ate at Primo for lunch. We both had rib eye steak. It was the best steak I've ever had at a restaurant. The whole lunch was good. Service was good. Love this casino.

Stopped in to have a meal then play. At the restaurant, we waited 15 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge us, despite staff walking by multiple times. The host walked up and turned her back to talk with the cashier. After finally getting acknowledged, we were asked what we needed (um, standing at the Wait to be Seated sign, what did they think?), the staff discussed for 10 minutes where to seat us. Great atmosphere, kept clean, nice cozy and quiet rooms, the cocktail service is a little slow sometimes, and I never have any luck at this casino. Maybe it's just me. Overall, it's not bad.

Have the manager talk to the male cocktail waitress & bartender by buffet to NOT make his own rules up & to drop his extremely rude attitude. We ordered drinks in high limits 3-29-25 . We played 1$ & 5$ slot. We didn't see any bartender behind the bar 3-29. So the cocktail waitress brought are drinks but told us we couldn't order again. I told him obviously there is no bartender behind the bar in high limits to serve us customers a drink .Obviously he would be the next EMPLOYEE to do the job. We give them a 5$+ Amount tip usually when gambling I guess being a Dimond player doesn't matter when employees talk crap behind your back & act like they don't want to do there job. Please have management counsel the waitress and bartender @ the bar by the buffet A.S.A P. Will spend are money somewhere else!

Slots don’t ever pay just take . I have blown over $400.00 numerous times for decades and never won over $5.00 .
Don’t order any drink with your meals . It’s a big scam. They will take you for $100.00 for two cokes then want a tip . They can stick that deal from now on ! It use to be a fun place .

The casinos are filled with very thick smoke ! All the money they rob from folks you’d think they could invest in a powerful ventilation system .
