We appreciate the excellent service we received from Robbie, Brooke and Renee. Our trip to Italy was everything we hoped it would be — and more! Thank you, R&R, for coordinating our travel, including our flights, transfers, hotels and tours. All we had to do was follow Robbie’s tips, show up and enjoy our trip!

I was recommended by a friend, I called them. They didn't seem to have any time to talk for my email address. Sent me an email asking for my passports and other personal info with out asking where and when we were going I was still trying to explain when they pretty much. Just cut me off and send me an email. I called them back to tell them we were not Going Out of the united state. I left a voicemail. No, I'm never got a return call, not professional In my opinion

We were very pleased with the service that R&R Travel provided for our trip to Alaska! They were very informative and planned our itinerary step by step. Gave us trip advice of things to watch out for to make our trip a tremendous experience!!! If we get to travel on the future we will book through them again.

Robbie Renee Brooke and entire staff are a joy to plan vacations of a lifetime. We are booking our first Viking Cruise trip to Norway and everyone is so helpful. It's like having family in rhe travel business!!! I also know from experience, if any issues like a flight cancelation to get to an Alaskan cruise ...they were there to asist over phone and helped our family get rebooked while we at airport and we arrived in time to board ship next day before sailing.

The absolute best travel agents! Robbie, Renee, and their staff always take care of us for all our vacation needs! We've used them for Sandals and Beaches vacations and they know they're stuff!! Any questions I had, they knew them all and gave me the best recommendations!! I've referred them to many friends and family members and they always have the best experience with them as well!

This was the worst experience and they are the worst travel agency ever. They booked me on Southwest when they were asked to put me on American. I asked to be on a plane with assigned seats and a first class section because I have extreme panic attacks when flying and need an isle seat with the instructions that I would pay for an upgrade to first class as soon as they had the reservation. Instead they booked me on a flight with Southwest who charged me 313.00 extra so I could board the plane after ten others who had some special preboarding pass and have to pick my seat and hope I get a isle seat because there are NO assigned seats on Southwest plus there is no such thing as first class on Southwest so they stole my money as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Bad experience. I will book future vacations myself!!! I paid $3,776 for a trip I could have booked for $3,100. SO upset that I trusted without checking.
