Suffering with chronic painful injuries from a car accident I was desperate for help, especially with the necessity of housekeeping and preparing meals. I learned about Quality Staffing Home Care and was overjoyed to be accepted as a client and offered the help I needed. Unfortunately, the first person assigned to me started off great but changed over time and was not a good fit for my household. Fortunately however, within days Quality Staffing assigned a second person to me who I believe was heaven sent. She encourages me to feel safe and confident living in this new situation and assures me that she is here for me. She is helpful, kind, and thorough. I truly thank God and the staffing department for placing her with me.

In March of 2022 my mom’s life was drastically changed due to a stroke. She was sent to rehab for 3 weeks and ended up staying there for almost a year while I tried desperately to bring her home. In order to do so several things had to be in place. My mom required around the clock care at this point. And at the time Covid was wrapping up staffing was great - meaning it’s hard to find an agency that could accommodate my mother’s needs. Quality Staff was shared by someone and the Director came out meet us. Now my mom requires a hoyer lift. That right there is work! Especially the crank. The director Didn’t say it at the time, but I could tell if we didn’t get a motorized Quality Staffing may not have been an option for us, but I assured her that we would take the steps to get a motorized Hoyer lift when My mom is discharged. So after working with an Area on Aging Supervisor/manager who was just great the plan to come home was approved. April of 2023 mom returned to her home not the way she left it (as she was walking) but because it is a 55 and older community her apartment was accommodating for her new method of transportation! But even more so I felt that my mom would be in good hands with quality staffing. A year later and my mom has excellent staff that enjoy going to play bingo with her at the East Haven Senior center as well as other activities in her senior community. I am beyond grateful for Vivienne and April (you are amazingly always courteous and pleasant) and the Quality Staffing people that you send to assist my mom. LaGeorgia and Michelle are like family now!

Quality staffing truly has quality staffing - from owners to client care home health aides. I’ve used a number of different agencies but this one holds standards and sets the bar high. Quality Staffing accepts pay from state. Every aide cooks very well (I actually steal some of their recipes) and is courteous with my family. I only recommend Quality Staffing for your loved ones needs.

This agency is not one I would recommend. They will staff you for a short time and if they have issues or do not like you will lie to government agencies (agency on aging) and force you to go to another agency. They do things to be spiteful and out of retaliation. The office manager Vivenne can be rude and harass and threaten clients as well telling them if something goes wrong they will be gone…find yourself another agency that will actually be reliable and care about their clients.
