We loved our stay. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. Shower was super nice high pressure. They came and made our bed each day even tho it says they only do it upon request. The lady at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was hot eggs and cheese, fried potatoes and sausage in addition to cold cereal, fruit etc. Williams is such a fun place to stay.

Absolutely NO rooms have a microwave you must walk to lobby to heat something up. Pool and hot tub closed but yet still heated? Wth
Just had housekeeping knock quietly and before I could even get to the door was walking in.
Will NOT give upgrades to Diamond Members.
Could have gone across the road to econo lodge for better room and $25 to $40 cheaper a night. Also there is NEVER anyone at the front desk have to wait for them to show up.

staff was friendly. shower was nice. pool was closed. beds were rock hard. TV was tiny. quite area and across the street from a big convenient store. all right off the freeway and easy to get to. for the price, it was overall a decent stay.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

We had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff during our recent stay. We had booked and fully paid for our room in advance through Expedia, including a note indicating that we would be arriving late. However, when we arrived around midnight with our kids, the front desk agent refused to check us in, stating that check-in was not allowed after 12 AM.

Despite explaining our situation and showing our reservation, he was unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, he told us to call Expedia to resolve the issue ourselves. To make matters worse, shortly after, he checked in another guest who had booked the same way through Expedia—something he had just denied us. We even requested the contact number of the supervisor or property owner to resolve this and the front desk person disagreed to share.

After a frustrating and uncomfortable exchange, and only when we pressed the issue further, he finally used his direct line to Expedia and completed our check-in. This could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially given we were traveling with children at 2 AM.

What should have been a smooth late check-in turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience due to poor customer service.

rachel good. tabitha not so much. doors close loudly. house keepers will constantly knock on doors when do not disturb sign is on. large black man is.not helpful. skinny black man helpful. walls are thin. expect to hear noise from neighbor. they allow pets here, so also expect barking, and allergies

We booked this because of the hot tub and wanting to relax our muscles after hiking the Grand Canyon. They told us day of it was closed until May with nothing mentioning that on their booking site. We wanted a refund and to go elsewhere where amenities were open and they refused a refund. Misleading amenities and rude staff. Don’t stay here.

When you book in advance as a member this has to be the best deal in town. Clean, wifi, breakfast, lots of room for parking, taco truck often out front, Love's nearby, the only downside is the single somewhat functional washer and dryer. Actually the last time I stayed here the dryer didn't work so be mindful of that.
