The grounds at the front of the building are a mess- construction, so look for it. The building is an older construction with some of the rooms having inside hall doors and outside doors. We had a nice king room- inside hall. The room was really spacious with the option of an adjoining room as well.

The only downside is 2 tiny towels - there's two guests we need 2 towels each.
The only other issue was the $100 hold on our account for the past 6 days. We've stayed with choice hotels for 30 years and have never had an extra hold.

Pool also closes at 9pm. Most close at 10pm or 11pm.

We were in Paragould for the eclipse, however, we had planned to stay at an Air B&B in Cobden, Illinois, but they cancelled at the last minute. We found that Paragould was in the path of totality and booked for one night at this hotel. Paragould has to be one of the nicest towns that we have ever visited. Everyone was so welcoming, including the staff at this hotel. Although, it was an older hotel, it was well maintained and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast, which was included, was very nice. I am sorry that I forgot swim trunks, because they have an indoor pool. If you are in Paragould, I would highly recommend the Quality Inn and Suites.

Right here atm ?, working on upgrades, mix of old n new, had some technical difficulties but nothing major, registration seemed a bit more distracted by the back roo Tv? (Presumably) Guess my 3rd interruption in 20 minutes to clarify some unfamiliar hotel procedures didn't leave him happy.
Hoping his mumbling and huffyness was due to unhappy show characters, and not me, as I walked away.
Thinking the rest of the stay will be good.
Good breakfast line up ? and absolutely LOVE that they have a separate 2ft. Kiddie pool. NEVER SEE THAT!?
GONNA TEST THAT TEMPERATURE !!!

Coming to the end of our stay and we can say that we are pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The minor things were addressed immediately and staff was great at meeting our needs.
The breakfast ? is fresh and tasty.
Don't let the renovations keep you away, it was easily worked around.

Positive: Nothing really Negative: No sign indicating there was remodeling being done, constant trouble with the key card working, when a hotel employee tried to assist, his card wouldn?t work and he cussed, using the f word several times, and there were tiny bugs in the bathroom .

The staff was phenomenal!!! Every single staff member was friendly! The breakfast was more than I expected. It wasn't anything amazing for our taste buds, but it filled us up nicely. The only cons for me: the beds were super firm and hurt my back (but that is more of a "me" problem.) Also, there are no elevators (and I had a 2nd floor room).

Had some rude treatment by a part time weekend front desk employee, but when I called the manager Mr. Ali, he took care of it in such a nice and professional way that I have to give them a 5 star review! That, and the room was very nice, clean and spacious!

Positive: Location Negative: I was locked out of my room 4 times. The first two times were due to the card not being coded correctly. The last two were due to a faulty door reader.DON'T EAT THE BISCUITS. They're hard as a rock.

We had a really good experience here! Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Even though it was most lileky because of the eclipse, it was quiet. Indoor pool was nice but not heated or warm as expected. There's not an elevator but not a huge issue since it's only two floors and one flight of stairs.
