I stayed in room 237. The room was spacious and had decent amenities, including a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, and a quiet environment. The furniture and layout were practical for both work and relaxation. Additionally, the location was convenient, and check-in was smooth.

However, cleanliness and pest control were major concerns. I found an insect crawling on the desk—on the second floor—which raises questions about infestation and hotel maintenance. Seeing bugs at this level suggests poor pest control, possible structural gaps, or housekeeping issues. The carpet also had visible dirt and stains, adding to the lack of cleanliness.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but management needs to improve pest prevention and housekeeping standards to provide a more comfortable stay.

The hotel is close to the highway and in a good neighborhood. Easy on and off I 72 to get to. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price it was a very good value. Room was fine, breakfast was fine, and parking was close and easy.

Nice hotel located near lots of stores! Target, Walmart, and Hobby Lobby are all nearby! The hotel isn't new but well kept and very reasonable in price. The pool was open, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The lady taking care of the breakfast area did an excellent job. Nothing went empty, and trash was cleaned up promptly. Rooms were clean, and we were able to get a good night's rest. Easy on and off the highway also! Would visit again if I need a hotel in the area.

The property is crumbling. In front, they have replaced the original overhanging awning with a 2x4 and plastic paneling alcove which serves as the perfect hangout for the local homeless population. That is, when they aren't sleeping in the fitness center (which he was when my family and I arrived). The fitness center is not secured to guests only by the use of a key. Neither is the pool.

The room was a midden: dirty, dusty, musty. When we rolled out the sofa bed, dirt and dust cascaded out of the frame into the air. The mattress was well beyond its prime: stained and threadbare with springs exposed. It was also covered in a dingy yellow fitted sheet that was too large for it and an even dirtier mattress pad. The sheet had dirt, shredded fabric from the fold out frame, and dead bugs in and on it.

The front desk was courteous, but did not understand my request for clean linens. I finally got a single flat sheet to put on the sofa bed.

The kicker, though, the one that broke my limit, was being accosted in the hallway WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER by yet another deranged homeless man begging for money and being aggressive.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES. They have no control over the front door access point, leaving guests at risk.

The only positive that I can give is that the front desk employee was kind and courteous, and refunded our stay immediately upon demand. (Well, so far anyway: I have a receipt for a refund, but I ALSO have a mysterious second charge for the same amount immediately afterward. I'm going to give this the required 5 day waiting period that Capital One imposes before contacting Springfield PD about the Unlawful use of a credit card.)

The hotel staff was very nice and amicable. But the room we stayed at (Room 130) on 10/31/24 was terrible. Someone above us kept pacing around for at least two hours. We had to check out early that day and did not get much sleep, and we were too exhausted to inform the staff of the situation. The location is great and so is the service. But I'd avoid some of the rooms (based on the other reviews, it looks like this is not a single, one-off case), if possible.

I was beyond pleased with my stay! The staff was so nice! The breakfast had multiple options and hot fresh food. The staff kept up with the breakfast throughout the morning and I was very happy I chose to stay here. I highly recommend picking this place over other nearby options. The price was reasonable and more than worth it!

Recently went there for an overnight stay after our Jeep broke down (bad starter, had to wait until morning to get a new one from Auto Zone). The night clerk (a lovely Indian woman) was very professional and detailed what our stay would be like and breakfast will be served in the morning. The room, double queens, were very clean, smelled fresh and beds were comfortable. The sheets were freshly washed. I checked for bed bugs, there were NONE! Very comfortable room, internet wifi were FAST and enjoyable along with the cable viewings on TV. The bathroom were very clean, shampoos and soap available. Plenty of towels. Dorm refrigerator and microwave very clean and functioning. It was quiet and you do not hear your neighbors next door.Plenty of HOT water for showers even at peak time when everyone is getting ready for bed. Breakfast was good, the waffles were excellent! The breakfast ladies were very nice and one helped us gain entry in our rooms when I made the mistake putting the door entry card next to my cellphone lol. The dining area was very clean and plenty of choices for anyone, ranging from fresh fruits, bagels, toast, yogurts, waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy biscuits, and plenty of hot coffee and fruit juices to choose from. They let me wait in the lobby after check out time while I was waiting for my husband to get done installing the new starter on our Jeep. We will definitely come back again and thanks to the staff and crew for a very pleasant stay at this motel! Very convenient with restaurants close by, along with shopping centers. I highly recommend this place to stay after a long day of Christmas shopping!

Room was clean and comfy. Good customer service. Breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was super nice and attentive. Also, it's in a good location with a shopping strip and restaurants within walking distance.
