Buyer beware. Hard to believe this meets Quality Inn standards. Claims of renovation are suspect. Room was dark and poorly furnished. Bathroom was sketchy. Very outdated and not recommended unless nothing else is available.

I have stayed here before. The service desk is very helpful and friendly. The rooms have been remodeled and look nice. Bathrooms have some pretty cool showers and mirrors. The beds were decent with 4 pillows per bed. The outside could use some work, Quiet location next to the Hot Springs. Just have to remember the smells are from the Sulphur coming out of the springs. Smells like rotten eggs when you are outside, but in the rooms did not notice the smell to bad.

I will say lady at front desk was not very inviting ,She has some anger issues. Not a very nice person Nor a very hospitable she needs to go work in a prison somewhere. I was still nice to her but it was like trying to be around a pitbull. Their breakfast does not start till 7 AM and it’s basically cereal and toast and juice. The bathroom patched drywall that is unpainted the cabinet is all beat up and the toilet looks like something that should be and some institution as it has the stainless steel pipe work and not an actual toilet tank on top . It is beat up and worn and for $220 a night I would expect better. The only positive is you can Walk across to the mineral Springs and get a day pass across the street.Last time I stay there.

The Good: Very centrally located so easy walk to downtown, large and seemingly clean room.||The Bad: Hotel needs serious repair and face-lift; peeling paint; ragged carpet; construction materials all over; doors, windows and a/c with large gaps so not fitting and allowing sound to travel a LOT; broken ice machine; breakfast items running out and slow to refill and no protein offered; overworked/not enough staff; delays in housekeeping so delays in checkin. ||AND....it's maybe the cheapest place there so you're getting what you pay for. I actually felt dirty just looking around it but I had paid in advance so I was stuck with it. Not a comfortable stay and my knee didn't appreciate the stairs - but I was told there was nothing else.

This place has been under renovation for years, yet no progress appears to have been made since 2017! The pool has been closed since 2018, so don't let the picture of it fool you. Rooms are decent, but desperately need to be renovated, as well as the entire place overall. Friendly and helpful front desk ladies.

Kind of a stretch for 4 stars. Has continental breakfast, but no meat or eggs. Had construction but it was mostly out of our way. Room was fine, did have cracks on floor of the bathtub and the shower controls a little wonky, but water pressure and hot water good. It was alright, definitely not fancy, but location is really good and prices weren’t bad.

Smells.bad from hot springs across street. Supposedly been under renovation for 3+ years but yet everything is still in shambles, new rooms have huge gaps in doorways, doors in rooms don't seal up right I had to slam my door so hard to just to close it. Do not recommend this hotel

Under renovation as of July 4, 2024.
The fireplace area and pool areas are not open. The building that the lobby is in looks rough. The rooms are nice however. I stayed in the black-and-white building and my room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. For the price of being across from the resort you can't really beat it.
