My mother and father stayed the night while we had a small family reunion in the restaurant. The rooms are a little older and have been here a while, but my mom said the beds were much more comfortable than the other motel nearby. We had around 20-25 people meeting for the reunion. We did call ahead for this. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to our requests. We were able to order off the menu or get the buffet, and both were very good. If you are looking for local foods like mutton, blue corn mush, and frybread, they have them at the buffet. I was most impress with the service. Staff was willing to take photos of the family as well. Great work!!!

Stayed here for a meeting in Ganado (which does not really have a place to stay) and it was functional and did the job. It was nothing special. The front was completely blocked off for repaving and remodeling, so you had to go around back, which was confusing for many but I had stayed here before and knew where the other door was. This is as you would expect for a motel - noise travels some between rooms and from the outside traffic. It was comfortable enough and got the job done. Staff was very nice and friendly and apologized for the fact that the wifi was being worked on and might work or it might not. I never got it to work, but I had enough cell signal to get most of what I needed. Good value at $108 a night as a clean place to sleep, shower, shave and keep going.

Staying at Quality Inn in Window Rock, AZ was an easy choice, attracted by the promise of a special breakfast and experiencing Navajo Nation hospitality. The rooms were clean but too cold even with the heater at 80, and there were no extra blankets. The water wasn't warm enough and was a lukewarm shower. But the best part was definitely the breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The buffet had a great selection, including the blue mush pudding. Despite the comfy beds, the room temperature and lack of extra blankets made it less enjoyable. However, for guests sensitive to room temperature and comfort, an extended stay might not meet expectations.

What you'd expect from a quality inn. Welcoming, clean and everything working. Tea and coffee in lobby with a nice little Navajo gift shop. The breakfast is great. A buffet of everything. Fry bread is extra and the place is so good, even the locals go there. Well worth it!

I will NEVER trust these people, yes..THESE PEOPLE, took and charged more money to my bank account, cuz I didn't leave a tip, when I paid the 1st time I left $10 tip. Esp when I just pay for 2 small drinks that cost $3.50 !!!!!
This is so crazy that this restaurant of employees stole from me without my consent because of tipping !!!!
Funny thing was that 2 days I had a server names Marvin, and the mgr I spoke with was Gloria. Gloria isn't trying to refund or apologize in any way. I had to go through my bank and I hope that teaches them to not mess with other peoples money..
You are not entitled to get a tip all the time !!! Please, I wouldn't eat here, go into the next town and please avoid this place !!! They are Quailty Inn

The rooms are typical motel style without doors leading to the outside of building. The rooms are dated and a bit small. They are clean. The gym wasn’t open. One of two hotels in the Window Rock area.

I wanted to get an Indian flavor. We have...Motel type hotel. We asked for a quiet room without a door between the rooms, but they gave us a room with a door and neighbors watching TV until 3 am. Although, to be honest, they offered us another room, however, it also had an interior door and was frozen... We thought that a good dinner would brighten up the situation and lift our spirits. We were wrong... Completely tasteless food, prepared with absolutely no soul. We haven't even finished it. Unsuccessful. Although the restaurant staff tried their best!
In general, don’t look for flavor and relaxation here, we don’t recommend it.
