I’ve been staying here for about a month. I’m in the area for work. The staff are amazing! They are friendly and helpful always. The hotel is clean and tidy. Slightly updated and well put together. It has a clean gym and a nice warm clean pool. Would totally recommend! There is also a 24/7 gas station next door. If you need to walk to restaurants that isn’t an option as it’s a couple miles from everything. But it’s a great place to stay

I have stayed at this hotel several times but this time was not good. I was on the first floor across from the vending and ice machine which meant it was noisy - two nights there were people getting ice until the wee hours of the morning. The neighboring room had their TV on all night - it was right behind the head of my bed and I couldn’t sleep much at all. I did learn to keep the heater fan running constantly which helped for both noises. |Light outside shined directly onto my window. Even with the curtains shut it was too bright. |This room was very dirty. Looks like blood on the door jamb of the bathroom and the baseboard was disgustingly dirty. Bathroom floor was washed with a dirty mop. (See pictures). Suspect each room could use a top to bottom cleaning. |Bathtub is not spacious as advertised but the shower head, water pressure and hot water was A-one. |Not enough bedding. The bed spread is a satiny material which doesn’t stay on the bed and the sheet and duvet give minimal warmth. |Breakfast is not only blah but cold. This has been the case with my previous visits as well. |Staff was friendly and helpful. I also didn’t ask for much. I stayed 5 nights and ran out of basics like Kleenex. I asked them only once to come in and freshen up and leave supplies. They left coffee (not enough for someone staying another 3 nights) and Kleenex and emptied the trash and replenished towels. No extra toilet paper. I think they also changed|the sheets and did a quick wipe down of the bathroom - I didn’t need either but appreciated the effort. |They always have people there who look like they are being temporarily housed during a period of homelessness. Which is fine - I just wish they wouldn’t stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable. One stay the police had to be called because of an altercation between mother and teen daughter over a cell phone. |STILL - the price is good, the location for me is excellent, and the staff are nice. I would suggest staying on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and don’t bother with the breakfast. Bring some muffins from a local bakery. |I will stay there again because of the low price and convenient location for me. And the staff really is nice.

I am staying there for the week. Microwave in room doesn't work. The pool area, although clean it's cold. Water is cold. I haven't seen one person swim yet. It's the same everyday for breakfast with not much of a variety. They have direct tv, which isn't the greatest of channels. Not impressed with this hotel. I will be checking out 1 day early. The price is great, however, if I have to stay in a hotel again for a longer period of time, won't be here. I'm only staying here until I can go into my apartment and pick up keys sat. I am relocating to nh. Again, I recommend comfort inn, there are better hotels in concord.

Positive: Indoor pool no matter the weather you can swim. The breakfast is fine. Not 5 star but hot eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, ECT. Coffee 24 hours. Negative: The rooms are clean but rushed when being cleaned. The floors were dingy and bathroom had stary hair and used soap bar in my tub.

I booked this hotel for me and my elderly mom, we flew in from out of State to host my daughters baby shower. The hotel lost power one day, and then the last day, had no water. There was no storm - not sure what happened. To not take a shower or to use the bathroom for my elderly mom, was not good. AND they charged me full price - I was there for 3 days. DO NOT STAY HERE - Go to CONCORD instead.

Staff was great! Rooms are very old with paint peeling & bubbling in many places. Gym was horrible but pool looked nice. Breakfast was minimal but plentiful with watery “eggs” from a bag and GREAT apples! You get what you pay for & would stay again.
