We had to ask for another room that didn’t smell like cigarette smokes. The room we settled for had not so clean and fresh sheets. The curtain was so small that lots of light entered all around it. Hall way carpet was not vacuumed and was quite dirty. Toilet paper was lacking and none was supplied after we asked for some. People were arguing on the parking lot below our window late into the night. What an experience!

Good affordable Inn at nice location. Breakfast served each morning is nothing fancy but very nice. The Manager Debbie was very helpful making my group welcome and taken care of. Rooms were clean and modern. Check in and out was efficient. Good Job!

BEWARE!!!!! We booked this place because it was close to the family we were visiting. Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk was not friendly did not greet us was rude. The four nights that we stayed this same guy walked around the hotel like he lived there in his slippers, barely worked behind the front desk and was constantly outside messing with his car. The bathtub was filthy. I had to buy a tub mat so we could shower. The second day, we found two live cockroaches in our room. I notified the manager immediately and was told that’s common they have them frequently. I wanted my money back to stay in a different roach free cockroach. They would not give me my money back. I emailed the CEO of the hotel. I would never stay in this place again.

This hotel was booked by a family member since it was close to their house. Initially the first look of the hotel was “just a normal hotel”, however, once checked in, the room floor was dirty and sticky, the bed comforters were dirty and had stains. There was a piped in aroma to cover a smell and our ac did not work initially. The thermostat controller had no batteries and the ac unit had a tripped breaker. The phone was dirty and you were left to your own operation of the tv and the limited channels. When the maintenance person showed up, he did not announce who he was and came right in to our room. Do not stay here!! Go to the Holiday Inn 3 miles away.

Please AVOID this hotel at all costs. Please continue reading. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I asked for a refund for one of three nights and they said they would escalate to higher up, NEVER heard a word from them. PLEASE go somewhere else !. There is a Holiday INN down the road, and once they build a hotel or two about 4 miles up the road where they are building several business, this hotel is going under it is the a piece of garbage and the only reason why people stay here is because it is the only hotel in the area. AVOID this hotel !.

My friend came down from Vegas for three nights and his vacation was ruined. Pool closed, tons of other issues:

Lights in the bathroom would flicker off/on for no reason

NO seating outside even though they could have taken the tables and chairs from the closed pool area and placed them on their grounds.

Breakfast was pitiful, sausage undercooked, no bacon, fruit: only apples, no bananas.

Plenty of room for a nightstand beside the second bed, but, nothing there.

USB ports don't work

Clock not plugged into power

TV - Have to figure out yourself how to get the spectrum channels, no guide on the TV, you have to look at the card they have that tell you to go to for example 17.1 to get a certain channel.

Hotel is filthy from the moment you walk in. The grout in the tile floor is filthy in the lobby, drapes in front windows are tied in a knot. Room 219 takes 15 to 20 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot, called the front desk and they said it takes a long time for the water to get hot. The TV reception was really, really bad. We haven’t even tried the free breakfast out yet. We are here for 3 nights, will never stay here again.

The toilet was disgusting. While taking a bath I could see just how filthy the toilet was. I had the manager come up to see for himself. You can see for yourself just how bad the toilet was.

The service at this hotel is not good. When we arrived, they had no bottled water to purchase, only beer! Then, I forgot a full toiletries bag in the room, filled with all my personal items, electric tooth brush, etc. After check out, we phoned and spoke to Mark, who said the bag was not there! A few days later we called and talked to Debbie, who said she would mail it. We said we would pay for postage, of course. I phoned 3 more times, each week, and spoke to Debbie. Every time, she said she would mail the bag to me. I even offered to pay for her time via Venmo or Zelle. It's been more than a month and I still don't have my bag. I have to assume the bag was stolen by one of the workers at this point. I asked to speak to Mayur Trivedi, the owner, and was told he only comes in sporadically. This is the worst hotel service experience I've ever had.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful. They don't change the bed sheets, they just reuse them. Found this out when I walked into my room after being told it was cleaned & seen stains on the sheets. After that incident i decided to check further & found they have bed bugs 🤬. Im so disgusted. You think THATS bad, I also heard rats in the walls! Needless to say, I left & booked at another hotel. Will NEVER be going back, highly recommend no one EVER come here!
