Cable TV didn't work in the room. Breakfast is not a hot breakfast. Location could be better. Room was clean and tidy. Bedding was just OK but not very comfortable.

Clean, small hotel. It's not a luxury hotel but was great for our weekend getaway. Nice room, good microwave & fridge. Shower didn't have great water pressure but worked & drained fine. Nice location & was quiet. Small breakfast avaliable. Husband and I both saw bad reviews for this location but didn't find any issues. Definitely recommend staying here.

Well every time I go to the Chicago area I am usually staying at a different hotel each time, but I have now stayed at the Quality Inn in Bolingbrook the past three times I have gone up there. I really enjoyed my stay there because I got a hot tub room and was able to have my lady friend join me there and we were pretty loud but since I am there during the week I don't think that there's enough people who are going to be able to hear us, and I think that is a great thing for me. And I would also like to point out that the staff is top notch, they have found something that I have left behind there the last two times I was there and they called me rather quickly and told me that they had my stuff and that they would hold on to it until either I could make it back there or if I wanted to send my girlfriend over to pick it up, that would be fine too, and I appreciate the hospitality from this hotel. I think that you should give them a try and see if you have a similar experience.

We got there late at night so we did not get to enjoy the pool. The pool did not open till 10 AM. The next morning anyways. The only thing we really got to experience was the ridiculously small so called hot breakfast, which was just a fricking waffle. There was no fruit, really Not much to choose from. The hotel was nice. The room was okay for the night, but that's all We really got to enjoy was just sleeping and a ridiculously small breakfast.

From the time I arrived it wasn't nothing but the best experience, the rooms are amazing, they meet my expectations! I would recommend this location to anybody I promise you won't regret it. It's close to everything so the commute to shopping is good! I can't forget to add the front desk representative has a very welcoming and professional attitude she is so sweet!

Everything is perfect, except a moment. When you book via third party services, it doesn’t count the 50 dollars deposit.
For example, a company booked this nice hotel for me. And I came at night . With no money at all. And for me was really surprise that I have to pay 50 dollars. It will hold the money I don’t have for 7 days after I will leave…
Please fix it. It’s incredibly bad .
