It's true. This place does not look like the pictures. But it is an OK place to sleep and do what you're going to do nearby. ||Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Heater works great. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. Towels were stained, though. |Staff changed our towels and made our beds daily. They were very corteus. ||Breakfast is limited, but it was enough for us. Coffee is really good.

The facility is definitely celebrity-friendly, offering both privacy and comfort. The beds were super comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. So spent $113 for a room and the smoke alarm beeped all night and the toilet was running all night really didn't get much sleep had to take across trip the next morning. To me it was wasted money.

First the good, the water pressure and temp were great.

This hotel says on the website they are pet friendly, there is a big sign on the front door stating no pets allowed. The room was filthy. Fake fingernails, earrings, rubber bands, 3 week old limes were all things on the floor. The coffee table was about to fall apart and shook the second I set my raincoat on it. The sheets on the bed were not clean. The pillows were so nasty I slept on a towel. The towels were also not clean and stained. The tv remote was missing. You could not shut the water off in the shower so it ran my entire stay. There were many missing light bulbs. The entertainment center is water damaged. The room also has a “hot tub” that appeared to have last been cleaned sometime last summer.

Gross is an understatement. The guy at the front desk actually bragged about the room when I checked in, what a fool. The management at this facility are just there to take your money and are rotten people.

The 4 star reviews are from fake accounts for this facility.

I am also going to notify the county health department about this place.

This hotel is GARBAGE! There are holes in the walls of rooms, bags over the smoke detectors for drug usage, cocaine found in fridge, used shot glasses leftover, dirty beds, visible mold on lamps, and screens missing on windows. We had a whole team slated to stay but it was inhabitable, so we requested refund, to which was agreed, but they still charged us anyways. Now they are giving the run around and not refunding, so we're reporting them to the BBB and fraud. DO NOT STAY, WARNING! *I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE

Worst experience I had with family 1. Bath room door big noise2. Shower curtain is not holding properly 3. Shower does not work 4. Breakfast completed by 9 am but they mentioned 9:30 am 4. Towels are dirt. 5. No water bottles 6. Expensive prices. Only plus is staff is good And courteous.

I did not stay here. The reviews are mostly very bad. Speaking to people from the area and they agreed that it was not a good place to stay.

Positive: It was clean and convenient. Check in was a pleasant experience. Negative: I felt the room was overpriced for what we got and to have somebody pounding at my door at 11:01am the next day while I was getting ready to leave was EXTREMELY ANNOYING. The continental breakfast was also disappointing with many items gone on arrival.
