Used bandaid was washed in sheets and in our made bed. Fire alarm started beeping at 0330 every 5-10 seconds until I pulled battery out. Stains on box spring cover. Strong smell in hallway. No elevator to 2nd floor. Hot breakfast Sat was powdered eggs, biscuit with gravy that was pretty good, or a waffle. Had some bagels, packaged muffins and yogurt hidden around the corner. Coffee out of machine was pretty nasty and boiling hot. Sun morning at 0800 had 1 scoop of cold powdered eggs left and no biscuits. No bacon, ham, fresh fruit, or sausage. Staff was friendly but I do not recommend.

You get what you pay for. At $79 for the night, I had a clean bed & air conditioned room. Somehow I was given the handicap accessible room, which is fine, but the shower was poorly maintained. The room appeared fairly clean, as in the bedding & towels were free of stains & smelled laundered, but the cleanliness of the mirrors lacked care & attention to detail. Also, the entry way light failed to function properly, which is disconcerting when you’re arriving to your room at 11 PM local time. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep, it’ll do. I wouldn’t stay more than a night. Also, it’s strange that I found this place looking for a hotel in Montgomery, not knowing that it was an hour outside of Montgomery. I had already booked it when I realized the distance, so that’s on me.

I dont like to leave negative reviews, so i will at least start with the positives. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The lady that ran the dining area was super nice. The breakfast was descent. The bads were, there was black mold on the lamp shades, the bedding was stained, and the cushion of the chair was super dirty with pet hair around the edges. The bed frames were metal and would make a lot of noise every time we moved. The mattresses in our room were so bad i ended up sleeping in the car for several hours while it was in the upper 30's. The car was more comfortable than the beds, and sleeping in a car is not comfortable. Personally, i would not stay there again.

Very clean (and smelled clean!), friendly and professional staff. Quiet and able to get a good night sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. I actually had a breakfast - eggs, bacon, biscuit and a waffle)! I would definitely stay here again.

Only reason this place isn’t the worst place to stay ever is because it has solid customer service. By far the worst sleeping conditions, stains on the bed, sheets, and pillows. Mold in the refrigerator, shower, and toilet.
The smell throughout the entire hotel is horrible, then you’re greeted with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the room.
Then your neighbors play music till late into the night. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. This place is just gross…

Upon arrival you are greeted with the most atrocious smell. Whatever they use for "air freshener" is the most appalling smell I've encountered. And this smell is everywhere, you can't escape it, even in your room. There is no elevator. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned as there was hair conditioner in it. The shower curtain is covered in mold. There was some old pieces of shredded cheese on the bathroom floor and small hairs in the beds. When I went to lock the door for the night there was a strong smell of weed. There are stains on the bedspread and a giant patched hole. Overall, we will never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else do either.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last year, Even this quality Inn, but this past visit confirmed that we will be back. The front desk staff were super nice at check in and check out, the hotel room was clean, and the cleaning staff were so sweet! I’m not sure if it’s new management or not, but this visit was great! The lady at the front desk held a nice conversation with us while checking us in and even gave us suggestions about different things to do for the weekend. The price was good, the location is good, not to far of a drive from Auburn (definitely cheaper than staying in Auburn), and the staff is awesome. While there is not an elevator (not a big point for us, but it may be for other people) the next time I’m in town, I will be staying again.

We stayed here for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. I do wish housekeeping made the beds daily, (because we can't master that skill, lol) but the breakfast was wonderful everyday and the food attendant was so pleasant and kind.
