As first-time international travelers, Kris really took her time in finding activities for us to do while on our trip to the UK. We asked lots of questions and asked her to look into several variations of tours and locations. She answered all questions, sent all requested information and didn't have an issue looking into other options. She even took the time to speak with me for about 1.5 hours after the trip to get an idea of how we liked it overall and was very open to feedback. We truly look forward to booking other trips through her and her agency.

I have used Kris for over 10 years for all my traveling needs. She was a key part of planning my destination wedding that was planned in Cabo just 35 days before the hurricane (2014) took out our wedding destination. She rearranged the travel of 48 of our guests and ensured our wedding could go on and it was truly an amazing wedding! She has recommended resorts and vacations that continue to be perfect for us. Kris also plans my annual retreat for myself and employees out of the country. I use her for all my travel near and far, she knows her resorts and typically has traveled there before so gives you great suggestions on activities as well. We just got back from Belize and it was a dream trip. I am going on a cruise in just under two weeks that she planned as well, and a bucket list trip the end of this year to Iceland. She is truly a key part of our lives and feels more like family! You truly will have a much better experiece if you let her assist with your travel plans!

My husband and I have booked two vacations through Kris and would absolutely give her 5 stars! She makes booking a vacation so easy by handling all of the details! She is quick to respond to e mails and her prices are much better than going through the resort alone. I also have so many questions when it comes to traveling and Kris is so patient and kind, answering every single one without hesitation. We highly recommend Kris and will definitely be using her services again in the future!

I have been wanting to visit Germany ever since our German Exchange student (now daughter) went home after her year with us. That was 11 years ago. My middle child just graduated from college in December and wanted to treat herself to a vacation and asked me to go with her. We were trying to go through a family member but we were getting no where fast and no responses. Kris was back to me in less than 6 hours with our whole vacation planned!! We went to Paris with her planning all the tours and lodging/travel and then on to Germany to stay with our "daughter". Everything went smoothly, the tours were amazing and we had the time of our lives!! We will be going to Ireland next year and back to Europe the following year and Kris will be taking care of all our travel/tour needs for sure!! Can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Kris!

Chris was awesome helping us get set up and even managing some changes as the trip went along-we were in London the night Queen Elizabeth II died and that had us changing some plans mid stream-she made it easy to do! And as you can see, she arranged for us to be in Loch Ness at the same time Nessie was out mugging for the camera!

Kris Monroe is an excellent travel agent because she goes over and beyond what's requested of her clients, she pays attention to your wants and needs and she always deliver.
