Had an appointment today. Drove across town to go there. Walked in 1 lady on phone with client. She never acknowledged me, or said I'll be right with you.
Sat on couch for 10 minutes with not one word spoken to me.
Walked out, again she said zero to me.

We used Quail Travel recently for a large company event that required travel accommodations for 60+ team members from all over the US. Naim worked with our team members to make sure that their travel needs were met. When the airlines cancelled and rescheduled several flights, Naim made sure that our team members were taken care of and made it both to the event and back home with as little effort on our part as possible. I can only imagine how stressful this was for him, but he made it seem effortless.
We will be using Naim/Quail Travel going forward and I would highly recommend anyone else using them for personal or business related travel needs!

We engaged Naim for assistance with booking travel for 60+ team members and guests across the nation so they could join our large local team for a company event.

Naim ALWAYS treats us with patience and respect; he consistently offers first-class service and when challenges arise, he proposes solutions. When several airlines cancelled numerous in/outbound flights and rescheduled for times/days after our event, Naim worked tirelessly throughout the night, proactively contacted the affected travelers and booked them on alternate routes, carriers and schedules. He made it possible for our team to gather and for that, we're grateful!!

I HIGHLY recommend Quail Travel. While this was our first corporate arrangement, I have also booked personal international travel through them, knowing that should anything go awry, I would make it home.

Naim is incredible at what he does! I had a trip with 17 people and Naim made the process painless and honestly enjoyable! When our next trip comes up we will for sure be using Naim and Quail again without a doubt. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help planning an amazing get away.
