The cabin we stayed in was spacious and with wonderful amenities. The kitchen appeared to have been recently remodeled with new appliances, granite counter tops and new cupboards. The unit was immaculate and well furnished. As a senior couple we enjoyed walking around the grounds, playing miniature golf and soaking in the indoor hot tub by the pool. I can see that the playground, ||giant outdoor chess/checkerboard, pool and ping pong table and fire pits could be wonderful for families with children. The resort is well located near hiking trails in National Forests, Woodland Lakeside Park, The Nature Center where a Rapture show occurs on some days at 3pm and many good restaurants.

Amazing!!! Beautiful grounds. Very nice spacious cabin. The heated pool is wonderful. It snowed during our visit!! I live in an area that never sees snow. I am hoping to stay at the PVC Roundhouse again sometime.

Overall, great place! Rented at a decent rate off HotelTonight app ($100/night). Clean cabins. Lots of space. Own parking driveway. Nice big bathtub, but no jets. Washer and Dryer included. Club house with indoor pool and jacuzzi. $200 deposit and if you lose the club house key, they make you pay for it. Limited hot water.

Beautiful location in the woods, but only minutes from all the convenience's of Pinetop. So many fun things to do at PVC (In-door pool, jacuzzi, basketball, racquetball, pickle ball, ping-pong, billiards, Firepits and Bar-B-Q grills, to enjoy in the evening. Super clean rooms, and entire facility. Grand-Kids had the time of their life!

This was our third year in a row visiting Pinetop during my kid’s fall break. We have stayed at the PVC at Roundhouse Resort every year, it is our favorite! We love the two bedroom cabin, so much space for families and very comfortable. My youngest loves to play the mini golf course as much as possible. The Rec center on property has an indoor pool and many other amenities. I find the location to be perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and quiet! I love being greeted every year by the same employees, Ka Trina is great!
We visit The Willis Farm in Snowflake on our way up for pumpkins!

I recently had a fantastic vacation at the PVC Roundhouse Resort Cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site amenities, including putt-putt golf, the playground, and corn hole. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great getaway.

It’s a very fun place don’t get me wrong, but they completely screw over the people who pay subscriptions to this place! Me and my friends used to love to come and hangout here, but now with their new system or whatever it became a maximum of 3 for people who have a subscription, I would not recommend subscribing to this place, but if you’re looking for a place to stay I would recommend

We asked for a handicap room during the booking during personal phone calls and when we were checking in. We were told we had a handicap room, we were lied to, the room had a ramp but absolutely no handicap accommodations. I had to help my wife on and off low rise toilet and forget about a shower. We were looking forward to the indoor pool but the handicap assist was broken. We are sorry to say this was a very unpleasant experience.
