We were looking for an inexpensive get away and also to start skiing again after many years. We chose a ski in ski out room. The location was perfect. The room was a bit out of date. Definitely an older property but it was clean and comfortable.||||The ski trails were well groomed. The pool area and changing rooms were very clean. The hot tub was actually hot and the fitness room better than average.||||Unfortunately the on site restaurant was not open during our stay. We had breakfast sandwiches from a convenience store that were decent and it was about a 25 minute drive to get dinner.

What a great little mountain to ski. I booked this as a birthday surprise, with the ski and stay package. The accommodations, the pool, the food, all amazing. All the staff we encountered were super friendly. Only thing that could have been a little better. It had snowed and the parking lot at the lodge where we stayed wasn't plowed or shoveled very well. I know it's a ski facility so I kind of understand.

Great stay as usual. Ski-in-ski out is super convenient for my family. Great family mountain that has a trail for all levels. You really feel like family when you stay at King Pine. Make sure you check out the amazing food at traditions -- no reason to go into town with the menu they have!!

Had heard good things about it from my brother-in-law, and wanted a place to practice backcountry skiing. Got up at dawn and had some beautiful climbs and runs before the slopes opened, and even after that it was not crowded and was really fun atmosphere with all the kids and young families.||||Comfortable slopeside room above the ski lodge for a very reasonable price, everybody was really friendly and helpful, the front office helped us change our package at no cost to one that include free lift tickets. We will be back.

King Pine is our favorite family ski resort! We love that there is a good variety of skill-levels, yet all trails lead right back up to the sane area at the top. We love staying at the resort at the ski-in, ski-out. It allows for the kids to take a break when they get cold or tired, or the adults to take a break, to go in and eat in the room and still watch the kids from the window. The common areas in the hotels are great. We have game night and all meet up to have dinner. We also love that there are dog-friendly room options for when we have to travel with the pups. The staff are amazing and helpful too. King Pine is the best!

Stayed at The Mill, which was right above the restaurant Traditions. Amazing lake view. Great food at the restaurant. Great service! Amazing hospitality. I enjoyed my stay. The room had a mini fridge, oven, television, telephone, dresser, closet, drawers, Coffee table and chairs. The room was well lit. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The room was well maintained and cozy.

What a fantastic sense of community. What the mountain may appear to lack in elevation, it more than makes up for with great snowmaking, no lines and wonderful staff! This was our 18th year and even though our kids are now 25 and 31, they keep making the trip with us.

Everything at the resort was fantastic from the guest room and the pool to the restaurant and the conditions at King Pine! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute and will return again with our family and friends.
