We enjoyed our trip to Jamaica. The customer service, food, beautiful scenery and cleanliness were the highlights of the trip. I got a massage when I was there, that was phenomenal!! The best I ever had. I coordinated the birthday dinner party with a staff member in a private room off one of the restaurants. The food at the dinner was delicious!! The chef made special dishes for us and the birthday cake was beautifully made. The staff took great care of us and made sure the dinner was a special event. Our driver Giovanni was great! The only thing about our tour is that it really didn't show us much. Giovanni sent another driver. That was ok, but we feel that he took us to a gift shop that perhaps got a kick back because we saw much cheaper prices for alcohol in the airport for the same bottles. The shopping only consisted of one shop. We were under the impression we were going to an area to shop for items other than novelty items. However, we were able to get the driver to take us to another store the next day, but again it was only a novelty gift store. The Jamaica festival was a nice event and the food was phenomenal. Everyone made us feel very welcomed. We learned that the Zilara resort was for adults, so we didn't understand why we were booked with Ziva which allowed for children. We were an adult group. The lobby was lackluster and could use an update and not as welcoming. The first thing you smell upon entrance is a damp, swampy smell that was overpowered with air freshener that was at times overwhelming. They had huge fans blowing on some of the floors that helped somewhat. On some floors the air freshener smelled very good, so I guess it depended on the fragrance. The pool and swim up bar were a hit. We loved having drinks and food available to us at any time of the day. We loved the breakfast at Choicez restaurant every morning and they kept the mimosas coming. The only complaint with breakfast is that the bacon was fried way too hard where it was dark in color. There was no sifting through the bacon to find softer pieces, because every batch was like that every morning. I would say the biggest disappointment was when my mom found 3 roaches in her suite. This was concerning for a 5-star resort. She said her and her roommate shook out their clothes before packing. The good thing is that she saw them the day before she left, so this didn't spoil her entire trip. Our regular rooms were ok. The room was clean, but the furniture was a little worn. I guess this is to be expected with constant guests. There were a few other good things I could say about the trip, but overall, it was a great vacation. Prissi, your support and service for this trip was outstanding. You are very attentive and helpful with pertinent information. You are good at what you do. My solo 50th birthday trip to Pueryo Rico was nothing short of amazing. Thanks Prissi for taking care of the details. Location, transportation, suggestions were well planned. I highly recommend. Looking forward to future adventures.

Booked a Bachelorette Trip to Mexico through Prissi Travels for my best friends bachelorette party. The resort suggested was an amazing choice. The resort felt very luxurious and the cost was affordable. The payment plans provided made it accommodating for the entire bachelorette party. This was the third trip I’ve been on planned by Prissi Travels and I won’t be going anywhere international that’s not planned by Prissi Travels

Prissi planned the most luxurious vacation for my daughter and me. From having a personal driver pick us up from the airport, to booking the best room the resort offered, and also planning the best excursions in Punta Cana. This trip was one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken. Prissi thanks for planning the best vacation. We had a great time. I will only book vacations from Prissi Travels from now on. LIVE AQUA IN Punta Cana WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED! So very beautiful...the rooms, the grounds, the people, the beach, the atmosphere! Superlative Service! 5 days was perfect! 3 days at the resort -- 2 days of excursions offsite--including the thrilling dune buggy drive to the cocoa farm and throughout the countryside! We laughed together deeply. The Suite was beyond beautiful, including private balcony with Jacuzzi, Lounger, Ocean View and More! We Relaxed and were served exceptionally poolside and even on the beach of the resort -- a truly ALL INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE! SOOOO GLAD I TRUSTED PRISSI'S RECOMMENDATION! My Husband throughly enjoyed his 73rd birthday celebration and the entire vacation there! The only thing I regret is not tipping more!

I went to Hawaii in January and had the BEST time. Our travel agent Priscilla took very good care of us. She met every need and then some when it came to researching hotels, restaurants, and activities based on our preferences.

While we there, she communicated with us throughout our entire stay checking in on, making sure they we were fine. She did this while she was on vacation. She handled everything, there was nothing we had to figure out because it was ALL HANDLED..!!

Everything was great.

The flights went smooth, the resort was nice & great restaurants. The food was amazing. The people were nice. We stayed right in the heart of the town, close to the beach, shopping, and wonderful restaurants..
