This place is joke for truck drivers

They have 12 doors, the others have them blocked with their trucks of the 12, only 1 to unload the 5 when you go to the door, no one knows when it is their turn, it takes 5 hours to unload, so why do they give you an appointment? The broker made an appointment for 11 am in their 12pm system. I arrived at the dock at 12:10, it's already 2:30, no one is doing anything and they're not going to load. They go about their own business.. I don't recommend it. Very unprofessional workers.

Sat over 2 hrs in the bay waiting to be unloaded. Meanwhile the crane operator moved the same coil several times. Couldn't check in until exact appointment time.
Their trucks are their priority. They don't care that we have other places to be also. This is a problem at many precision strip facilities.
I will have to be pretty desperate to accept another load for these people.

Always delayed, moved my appointment from 9am to 11am my 14 hour log book highly affected. Cuddos on making us feel like only a number.

Professional and decent staff. This site only allows delivery on appointment time. They do not do 1 hr early check-in like all other Precision Strip sites nationwide.

Coils can be delivered in shotgun or suicide securement.
Overnight parking and restroom near check in office.

Showed up at 3pm for appointment to spend 2.5 hours inside warehouse while persons stood around talking then loaded a truck that showed up after me. Last time I’ll come here.

Drivers! this facility operates strictly on appointment basis,if you arrive on time,check in on time,you should be out of here relatively fast. System won’t let you check in early or late. Communicate with your dispatch and broker about the appointment. Be safe out there!
