Great place to live and visit. Paradise Grill is conveniently located on the property. The neighbors are always pleasant and helpful to one another. I’m fortunate enough to have a boat and a slip of which they have many. My only minor disappointment is the number of slips being given up to Freedom Boat Club, but I’m sure there are good business reasons for the arrangement which might ultimately benefit the community which is always well maintained.

My husband, 2 children and mother in law stay here occasionally on weekends in the summer and it's a gorgeous vacation home community. A very dog friendly, bike riding and golf cart riding friendly community. Kids are free to be kids here and they are relatively safe in a very warm community of vacationers. There's a small playground, bike trails, and a restaurant located within the community. The neighborhood itself isn't far from a few local restaurants, a dollar store, liquor store and small grocery store making it convenient to get last minute things. My family would highly recommend Pot-Nets for anyone vacationing in lower Delaware.

Long review, read entire post.
My wife and I recently lived there for 2 years. Owned our home outright. This is our opinion. Good bad or indifferent. Atmosphere was always beautiful. Kept clean, the beach was beautiful and clean. Paradise was fun, however seemed to produce way too many drunks at the end of the night, squealing tires and yelling. The marina was super convenient, however the big cost increase the years we lived there made it much less desirable. Residents with deep pockets always seemed to get along better. Lot rent is high but it is much cheaper than buying real-estate along the water.
With that being said,if you could stay away from potnets politics you might enjoy your stay. We have found that we were treated much nicer moving in than moving out. Also the lot rent does go up pretty substantially every year we were there. There were bands on the beach every week in the summer free of charge and sometimes movies on the beach also free. So to wrap it up if you have deep pockets, can stay away from potnets politics. You might just like it.

The rental was dirty and several items were in a state of disrepair. I emailed the management upon arrival and received a blow off email that they would talk to the cleaners. Yes, you receive a lot of park amenities with this rental, but for the price of a week of stay it should at least be clean. I will not rent here again.

**Update: It seems that they've updated their cleaning and this year was much cleaner and better kept. While there were still a few minor cosmetic issues and I find it odd that we have to make and strip our own beds, it was overall a much better stay.

I go to Paradise Grill on occasion to see a band, nice water side places, has a couple different bars with different types of entertainment at once, there is very little parking so right after you come in the development, just to the right there is a big parking lot, if there are cars in it, park there & wait for a shuttle to come pick you up. The grill also has an ice cream hut that has 1/2 price on Wednesdays YUM!

I watched this place turn from a small community to and entire entertainment complex for all ages. Wouldn’t recommend buying a beach house anywhere else you won’t even need to leave the park.

Nice place and folks at front desk make you feel welcome. If you have an issue they smile and take your information and assure you they will take care of it. Apon purchase of my new place I informed them there was a large broken limb in my tree and I was told to fill out the form and mark it urgent and they would take care of it. That was almost 30 days ago. Last night the limb fell out of the tree and went through my roof. I informed them about what happened and that they had failed to act to correct the issue. The response was they aren't responsible. Pretty sad since they are the landlord, don't allow residents to trim trees over 6" diameter. Be careful if you get a place at any Pot Nets communities that has trees you will be very disappointed.
