Rooms are very nice, great breakfast buffet, nice and helpful staff, rocking brews is a little loud for dinner, but the food was excellent, amazing nachos. Need a few more TVs for watching sports, overall very nice. Definitely will be back.

Our room was large for once the tempture in our room was just right, Large shower! Food was excellent. Service was fantastic very friendly staff beautiful area kind of in the back woods of Wisconsin the only thing is that sat night they had a ice storm but we were kept very comfortable Thank God they had a generator for electrical items. We were quiet comfortable!

My favorite casino up north. Elegant yet small Northwoods. The music and music videos amazing. Hotels is classy yet peaceful and relaxing.... The machines were generous this trip.... Thank you guys for a safe space to rest relax and have some peace....

Had a great time. Won when I first got there but we didn't get there till after midnight and the players club wad already closed do I wasn't able to use my promo or my free room so we had to drive all the way back home earlier that morning. Got stuck in the snow storm and ended up spending the rest of the morning at a hotel until the snow stopped.

Went and played some of the slots. I felt like the machines were pretty tight. We did have fun playing, but if you play slots just don't get your hopes up to much.

Okay, I will start by saying that I could go on and on about how much we loved this little casino but, I will try (and likely fail) to keep this short. The hotel was a huge surprise because there were really no photos that I could find so we felt like we were taking a chance. Anyway, the room was SO clean and well organized and decorated and designed. The room was small(ish) but it had everything we needed. The bathroom had a beautiful Corian type sink and the shower was huge with a glass door (I hate shower curtains) and it had great water pressure and a marble seat in the shower. The bed was so comfy and the furniture looked brand new. One of the best features was the multitude of USB ports. They even had USBC ports which is pretty rare. Only one thing I didn't like, (and that was) the stark white LED lighting in the room rather than a warm white. The room had a fridge (non stocked) and a microwave. We just were so comfortable in that room. The restaurant was Rock N Brews and everything we ate was DELICIOUS!!! That restaurant also had HUGE LED video screens that displayed some awesome classic rock videos which could be heard throughout most of the casino. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the pool and hot tub! I think this casino has been renovated in the past few years and WOW did they get everything right. If you would compare this to the Island Casino, Oneida, North Star, Menominee, this place would beat them all hands down. It is rare to find a northern Wisconsin casino with a cool vibe or really any vibe at all yet Potawatomi has figured that out. I posted a YouTube Room tour as I could not find any before we went so check that out (Potawatomi Carter - Signature King). We will make Potawatomi our "home" casino from now on. Great job Potawatomi!!!!!

Nice casino / hotel but the obnoxiously loud music from the rock & brew bar restaurant ruins the rock & brew area dining and even the nearby gambling experience. Our room stay was excellent. Couldn't ask for a nicer room. The other restaurant, Springs, is down the hall from the obnoxious loud one and they serve an excellent breakfast fare without the loud distracting music.

Not like it used to be...hubbys and my birthdays and our anniversary this month. Promotions not so great anymore.
Rock n brews restaurant... Food good, but service not so much. Asked for a to go dish...heard workers in the kitchen mocking me. Was my hubby's birthday...I asked if he could get a dessert or something...nope! Not even a "happy birthday" to him. Kinda rude.
Players club workers very friendly and helpful and recognized my hubbys bday by announcing it.
I won an amazon card and donated it to a family/kids to have a good Christmas.
So thank u for that.
Always have a good time up there but the casino/hotel/restaurants seem to be going downhill and very dead there...not many customers. I miss bingo there also.
I'm surprised the hotel / casino actually even stays open but hopefully things will get better. We'll be back if things improve and better promotions.
Not even any live music anymore. No entertainment at all actually..
