John my PGM technician was a knight in shining armor with awesome glass repair to parking lot vandalism, mine was one of six cars. I hadn’t been through anything like this in over 40yrs. Becky in the office was amazing on the phone and reassuring she could help and made a same day window order. Alex was wonderful on my arrival and walked me through the steps for insurance. Staff was great to work with! They scheduled the window replacement for my truck, ordered the windows and sent out the window technician quicker than I expected. The technician Joe V. did an outstanding job on my truck. Very professional, paid attention to detail with a nice clean install and went over everything after the job was done. I had my windshield replaced from an insurance claim and Plymouth glass came right to my house and did it in my driveway. At first, I was a little hesitant to have it done at home versus taking it into a shop, but they had all the proper tools and they did an excellent job. That was back in November and everything is still perfect now 2mo later. I’d recommend them to anyone! My recommendation to anyone who needs glass replacement is to have them do it when the weather is nice out or have a garage to make the job easier (from experience…I used to work for a glass shop)

The repair guys showed up right on time - professional, polite, and communicative throughout and I didn’t even have to leave my couch. Took about an hour between replacing the windshield and calibrating the sensors - which was pretty impressive considering the previous glass company required me to drop my car off for the entire day. Highly recommend Plymouth Glass & Mirror, and will use them again next time!

Plymouth Glass is great! My daughter's car had a crack in the windshield the day before she was scheduled to go back to college (with the car). They worked with me to find a time we could get the glass replaced in short order (in less than 6 hours) and completed the job quickly. They dealt with the insurance company exclusively. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

PGM was extremely helpful setting up the appointment. Employees in the office were very helpful and friendly. They told me the service would take a couple of hours and the service was done on time. When I got in my car I noticed that my sunglasses that are stored on a clip on my visor were broken. Also I noticed that the windshield had to cleaned again.
