Adorable cottage, amazing bed, awesome location!
Communications with the owners are clear and easy.
The historic cottage is cute and full of personality. The yard is peaceful and inviting. We enjoy sitting on the porch and occasionally meeting neighbors. Inside, we have everything we need to be comfortable. There's a full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable living room, and bright (but not bright at night) bedroom. The king bed is soft and incredibly comfortable with various types of pillows to accommodate any sleeper. We slept so well.
Downtown Prescott is a short walk away. There are excellent restaurants, cool shops, and historic buildings. I wish we could spend more time here!

I stayed at Pleasant Street Cottages for a month in May 2021 and LOVED it! First, the location was excellent; an easy walk to downtown yet located in a very quiet corner of town. Short drive to groceries (Sprouts Farmers Market) and excellent BBQ at Lucy Dee's. Every morning I would walk my dog around Courthouse Plaza, with an occasional detour to Wild Iris Coffee House for an amazing cup of coffee and/or pastry 🙂

I stayed in the East Cottage with my dog. We LOVED the outdoor space and lucked out having awesome neighbors in the West Cottage who invited us over often to grill. I worked remotely and had plenty of workspace available (inside at the dining table or outside on the patio) and the WiFi was fast and reliable. It was really convenient having a washer & dryer and the house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.

I would highly recommend Pleasant Street Cottages. Greg and Keira were awesome hosts and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Prescott.

My wife and I (and our dog Max) stayed in the East cottage for a month. The accommodations were excellent. The yard was a great place to hang out on the warm, sunny days. The location was perfect! A short walk to groceries, restaurants & shops. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Prescott!

I stayed in the West Cottage with my family and was thoroughly impressed! The bed was extremely comfortable, the decor was spot on and the location is perfect! A short walk from everything yet very peaceful and quiet at night. The owners were very attentive to my needs. Check in and out went off without a hitch and the house had everything I needed and then some. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone reading this!

My husband and I spent the winter of 2018 in this very homey little cottage within walking distance of historic downtown Prescott. Though small (one bedroom, one bathroom) it has all the amenities anyone could need, especially a wonderful washer and dryer and a great shower. The owners were very helpful and not at all intrusive. The area is quiet with many Victorian houses to view and many restaurants and shows to enjoy. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

My husband I had a wonderful stay at one of their Pleasant Cottages. The cottage is charming, the bed is so comfortable and the location is in the heart of Prescott!
Walking distance to the historical “Whiskey Row”. Keira and Greg are great hosts and gave us great recommendations on some great food.
We will be back!

Amazing space, especially for long term stays - very clean, super convenient location, furnished with wonderful thoughtful touches (hangers, shoe rack, recliners, great wardrobe space) for a practical and comfortable stay. Both of us work remotely, and had decent internet for the whole month. The house also had the most well-stocked kitchen appliances I’ve ever had in an AirBnb, and we loved using the outdoor space to take calls as well. The house stayed cool in the Arizona day time and warm at night. Most of all, PRESCOTT’s location is amazing!! We did amazing hikes and went kayaking every week, everything was only 10-15 minutes away or closer. Sedona is also close by, and we went to the Grand Canyon twice for day trips. Thank you Greg and Keira for an amazing stay!!

We are spending a month at pleasant street cottage and have enjoyed our time here very much .
The setting is just right, close to town
We are able to walk to the town square and several restaurants and attractions.
The cottage is older but well maintained and pleasant.
