Just okay. We came here after being told by some locals that it was a great haunt. We were disappointed by the low quality food, the underwhelming service and the dirty establishment and beach. We got a burger and onion rings and a couple of margaritas. It was pricey for the low quality. We love dogs and I thought it was pretty cool that dogs are allowed on the small section of beach. It was littered with trash so I’m glad we didn’t bring our dog.

A lot of bad reviews. But don't listen to the snotty cities people. Food was good bar food good drinks. They don't kiss your ass. Loved the place. Great dive bar. The dogs were a blast.

Small local place tucked away on Wolf Bay area. During the week not as crowded. Many boats dock and eat and hang out. VERY DOG FRIENDLY.

Love the overall atmosphere, but the place would get more business if it wasn’t pet friendly. People let their dogs loose like it’s a closed in dog park. I loved the place for my baby girl until a giant dog came and crapped right next to her in the shallow water. The owner was like “Whoopsie”. We were done at that point. The dogs also walk around you like strays while you are trying to eat!

Pirates Cove was a great place for us to bring our dog and have him swim. It’s bar food was fair. We had the chicken fingers. The bartenders were very nice and the people on the beach with their dogs seem to integrate and have conversations very easily with us. It was fun.!

Very nice environment and good food. Service was very fast. The best part is, animals are welcome! My mom had her dog and my niece brought her birds! We had a blast watching all the dogs play together on the beach!

This is a truly local stop with a big beach, good sunsets, boat dock, and hot wings. Did I forget to mention the many skeletons? Here's the famous one of a mermaid.
