Contracts workers to install systems then refuses to pay the bill then after months of fighting tells you what they think your worth and refuse to pay you in full. If you ever get contacted by this company to do work for them, refuse it or make them pay you upfront. This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for and they take advantage of small businesses. If you are thinking about moving to them I'd recommend moving elsewhere. They use basic systems then resell them to you at way higher of a cost than you can do for yourself or another company.

I wish I could give a zero star review. We have been dealing with the new system for almost a year now and still have not been happy. the tech support is you email them then they email you back to let you know they got the email and a few days later they email back and ask if you can go look at all the cables or go plug in a cable GOD know what. Then the ask if its working a few days later and ask you (remember I'm not the installer) to go plug something else in to the unit send them pictures and then say they will have a technician come out which lives 100 miles away then he will ziptie a part on ant then leave then a few days later email back so on so on like almost a year and still not working correctly. not happy.
