Did not have a good experience with them. Their prices are higher than any other place and the parts come from them. Failed to tell me there was a core deposit on the injection actuation control valve so I had to make an extra two hour round trip. Rude service and if they weren't the only place to get parts aside from on line I would never shop there again. Broke down away from home with no mailing address here so they are completely taking advantage of me. Do not recomend.

I brought our 2020 CAT skidsteer to the service department, and was absolutely blown away with Peterson Cat’s team! I dealt with Moises and Neil Alexander, and believe me when I say that they made me feel like family. We have 3 CAT skidsteers, and they minimized downtime and got the repairs needed (PM2) done in record time!

Looking forward to adding a new unit from Peterson Cat with their top notch customer service!
