We booked a cruise with this agency. They failed to tell us that we could pay with an electronic checks vs. credit card, which added a 3% fee. Using a credit card wasted an additional $500. When I asked David about this, he just danced around and said that there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said that she was on another line and would return my call. It has been two weeks and she never returned my call. Be cautious if you use this agency. I will never use them again.
