Our Utica boiler and Titan Wood Boiler, vintage 1985, were showing their age not keeping our house evenly heated. We had Luke, Chris and Finn from Pelletier install a new Buderus boiler. Their patience with my plethora of questions was very much appreciated. The new system looks and works fantastic. I felt bad they had to get the monster wood boiler out of our basement, but they managed that perfectly as well. They showed us how to use the new digital thermostats, and explained the whole system to me (I'm an engineer - hence a million and one questions). I thought it was going to take four days to disconnect the old stuff, install all the new stuff, and then remove all the old components from the basement. The entire job was done in less than two days. Extremely organized, these guys knew what they were doing. It was great to see the team working together as a team and not as three individual contractors with different ideas on everything. Within a few hours after completing the job, the system operation had the room temperatures evened out nicely. Loving the new system and very much appreciative of the expertise of this team. Highly recommended.
Cost? - I had a number of other contractors provide estimates. None came close.

Annual cleaning service but first time with the company. Technician was wonderful with explaining everything and items to keep in mind for potential future repairs. Already booking a cleaning for next season. Like another reviewer I have a wood boiler as well as oil, Leger Sobol(tech) and I spoke about the system and he deserves a lot of praise!

My technician was very nice and explained the process as well as different packages to me very well. She was able to describe to me what went wrong on my water tank and why I started having the problem I did. Very informative along the entire process. Mike was awesome! He was on time, very polite, explained everything thoroughly & made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
