This company was awful! I called on a Thursday and was told that I would have an oil delivery on Friday I gave all of my information to the receptionist who was AWFULL and negligent with my card information! They never came and put oil in my home I called for three days only to find out that they “misplaced my ticket my ticket” and I would once again be having to wait for the oil delivery never once was I called to be made aware that the delivery was not coming! The company is incredibly unprofessional! When I asked to speak to a supervisor or to anyone that I can file a formal complaint to I was denied that as well! It’s the middle of winter I have three children this should not have happened to us and this company could care less that we were in need of emergency oil due to their negligence! I hope nobody uses them.

They really are just so great. Even if they cost more which they usually don't but even if they did i would still buy through them because they really care. I have 3 children and they did same day to keep them warm. They're locals and just great people i highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't go anywhere but Patti and son!
