John & Linda are the kindest hosts we have ever met!! The accommodations were exceptional and the room was so comfortable and cozy all at the same time. Breakfast was delicious & we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you want to know any history of the town well, they are the ones to share it as they have been part of Colebrook for years sewing into their community. Thanks again for such a lovely stay with you!!

As we were traveling through this rural area we stumbled upon this jewel. We were a bit reluctant to ring the bell in the dark with no reservations. Linda greeted us with her warm personality and welcomed us into her home. This was the only night of the week with availability. The suite included an additional sitting area and bathroom. She warmed our room up while we went for supper. The BNB was decorated so cozy and very clean. Coffee was ready the next morning and breakfast made at our convenience. John, Linda’s husband, made an excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Parsons Street Suites was recommended by friends we were visiting one town over. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. John and Linda are great hosts, and the property is immaculately maintained. We immediately felt right at home. This will be our place to stay every visit from now on!

My wife and I stopped by here after a beautiful hike. Randomly stumbled upon this gem and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room beat our expectations and we enjoyed the upscale breakfast in the morning. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back! 😁

The B’nB is absolutely lovely! The suite itself is very nice, super clean and comfy; decorated to make one feel at home. And Linda (the female owner, husband John the other half) thought of everything! Nothing was missing from the rooms. Super comfy bedding, great walk-in tiled shower, wine glasses, coffee cups, corkscrew, coffee maker in the room even though they serve breakfast and coffee by 8. And the breakfast OMG. Delicious and home made. I give this place a « 10 » and such a nice addition to the North Country. I would recommend to everyone visiting Colebrook and we plan to go back.

What a find! John and Linda are fabulous hosts, the suites are beautifully appointed, and the cooked to order breakfast was fantastic. Linda recommended a great restaurant for dinner, and also told us about a beautiful local waterfall that we visited on our way out of town. We stayed in the Umbagog suite which is decorated in a serene coastal palette. The bed was super comfortable, and the electric fireplace and cozy blankets provided in the living room made for a wonderful evening curled up on the sofa. The coffee maker, small fridge and microwave are a bonus. We hope to visit again. Thank you Linda and John!

Linda and John were the most amazing hosts of this b&b. Our 1 bedroom suite was wonderful. They provided us with a great space in the living room at night and a delicious breakfast in the dining room served to us. I love the way they paid attention to detail throughout the inn. We would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Parsons Street. The whole property is beautiful and is located in convenient walking distance from Colebrook's restaurants and shops, and the River Walk. We stayed in the Umbagog Suite, which was gorgeous, so incredibly comfortable, roomy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a great trip. We also enjoyed sitting on the private porch. John and Linda are fantastic hosts, and had lots of helpful suggestions for activities in the area. They also make delicious breakfasts and picnic lunches! We will definitely be back!
