We booked two parking spots for the location in Palm Springs. Ten of us were supposed to be shuttled to the airport on Monday, July 15; however, we received notification the day before that a taxi would be transporting us. Since we had four kids between 11-3, we had my husband and son-in-law drop us off at the airport and go park the cars. When they got to the location @ 4777 E Ramon Rd (near the I-10 fwy), it did not look like an airport parking lot, but a private business, which did not look open. They were hesitant to leave the cars. I called company and confirmed that was the location. Yellow taxi cab had to be routed to them after cars were dropped off. Since I made the reservation for 11:00 am, and it was 10:30 am as (we had arrived early), taxi would not come until 11:00 am. My husband and son-in-law had to wait in 110 degree weather until after 11:00 am.

When we returned on Friday, July 19, I called taxi service as we were going down the escalator to baggage claim. Waited on hold for ten minutes. Finally told taxi would pick them up at airport. Twenty minutes later and still no taxi. I called again. Driver finally called me. Company sent him to parking lot rather than to airport, so we had to wait another 15 minutes.

It was $12 a day vs. $20 a day at airport, but we would have paid the $20 and be more convenient and confident with the security of our vehicles.

Not impressed and would not use again.

Very easy to get to. A little confusion with all the construction at JFK. Give yourself a little extra time on top of your flight at least 30mins. Pick up will be by hertz at federal circle when you return. Raddison staff are amazing!!!

The $5 rebate for parking is a scam. No longer have a live customer service phone number it’s AI which refers to an email that never responds. If you’re looking at a rate that’s comparable with another parking service go with it as you won’t receive the advertised rebate.
Now 3 weeks later and was promised the rebate after my initial review -scam.

This site is a scam!!! Beware! They will charge and not send you any information! Have called their AI service line, I have called their phone line, and I have emailed them no responses.

Site was easy to navigate and book reservation. The provider I chose was Aardwolf Parking and they were excellent! Very courteous and professional. Got us to JFK quickly and responded immediately when called for return pick up. They arrived at pick up location at time they stated during call. Will definitely use them again
