The front desk lady was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and funny. Efficient check in and local knowledge.
The room had good amenities but the cleaning wasn't up to snuff. Our tub didn't drain while showering either.
But...ground floor and they have smoking rooms, so I'd go back. Viva the USA, as a Canadian it's nice to see y'all still have the choice!

Well I haven't even been here yet and I think it is the cutest most luxurious yet homie and comfortable rooms I've ever seen how anyone could complain about these is it I don't get it I can't wait to come here and the rates are just fabulous. I hope I will be welcomed by the hotel and staff

We stayed the night of August 29th during an ancestry road trip. There are many convenient places to eat within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the area was very quiet. It was nice to have a mini fridge and coffee maker, even for a short stay that comes in handy. All in all, it was a very good value and a pleasant experience.

BEDBUGS!!!

I stayed at the Park View for 2 nights and was eaten alive by the infestation of bedbugs in my room. And there is zero doubt that these are bedbug bites because I documented the little buggers in video and photos. It has now been 24 hours since I left the inn and I am covered with bites — my hands, arms, fingers, shoulders, feet. Blisters everywhere! I look like I have some weird skin disease. I will be reminded of my stay there for the next several weeks, if not longer, and not fondly.

I rarely write reviews but this review is a warning to anyone considering staying here. Do not. You will thank me if you don’t and wish you had listened if you do.

Update, a week later: The very helpful and understanding woman at the front desk did recommend that Expedia give me a refund. Certainly fair though I had not asked for it. I give them, and her in particular, credit for doing the right thing. And, for what it's worth, it was, for the price, a decent room. Just that minor problem of my little cannibal roommates.

Worst stay anywhere i have ever been.
When i arrived check in was courteous and prompt. I explained to the clerk that i had my worst day ever and just wanted to sleep. Our room was located right next to the laundry service room. The laundry attendant was banging and slamming things against the wall till late in the night. The refrigerator in the room sounded like space-x launching into orbit and the heat/ac unit sounded like it was puking up all over the floor. I am writing this review at 2:47 am. So much for getting sleep. If you plan on staying here make sure you have plenty of “coke” to keep yourself awake for the next leg of your trip !!!!!!

This is really a great undiscovered gem in Southern New Hampshire. The Staff is extremely friendly, responsive and prompt. Parking is super convenient, they tell you exactly where to go. Rooms are clean. Amenities are as expected. Overall I have no complaints. Nothing but 5 stars all around. Need food? Everything is super close by.

Positive: It was a great location and very clean. Negative: No iron or ironing board in the room. When I called front desk, they told me I had to come qnd get it. The iron was dirty and ruined a pair of pants of mine.
